Very nice and modern house close to the station. Konbini is just along the road basically right next to the Nankai Misakikoen Station. Take the train to wakayamashi and exit after 1 or 2 stops to get to the Aeon Mall Wakayama. It is huge. Loads of shops. The house itself is really nice, air-conditioning in every room, futon are thick and comfy. 1 bathroom and 2 toilets are quite convenient when travelling with 4 or more people. ありがとうございました。

Every corner was filled with Japanese charm, and I fell in love at first sight. The host was incredibly warm and attentive. Not only did they give us handcrafted accessories made by the hostess, but they also brought us ice cream in the evening. During the room tour upon check-in, Mr. Mino showed me around every part of the house while explaining details—every arrangement was thoughtfully considered, making me feel truly cared for. When checking out, I even got to meet the adorable Apollo 🥰.

There were nine of us in total. Because the Shinkansen from Tokyo to Osaka was too late, we asked🆘 the owner for help. The owner replied quickly and helped us contact the car to pick us up as soon as we arrived at the station. It was already 12 o'clock in the morning. Thank you for your help. The next day, the boss personally came from Osaka city to pick us up because of the flight. We were really grateful. The house is in a quiet location and will not be disturbed; hygiene: spotless; location: about 20 minutes by car from the airport, about 30 minutes by subway, but the owner will be responsible for picking you up at the airport, if you drive yourself, it is highly recommended, it is super cost-effective, you can enjoy the surrounding scenery, very comfortable. Communication: The boss is a Chinese student studying in Japan for many years, the communication is very smooth and the boss is very responsive. Space and hardware: There are four rooms, there is plenty of space in each room, there is also a hall, two toilets, dry and wet, and the kitchen also has corresponding kitchen utensils, microwave, etc., and the boss is fully equipped with toothbrush toiletries, bath towels, slippers, etc., the overall space is very sufficient, the building is private, it will not be disturbed by other people, it smells of home. The garden view is also beautiful, with some flowers and plants planted. Although the garden is not large, the small and exquisite space is completely sufficient, and it has a garage.There are also two bicycles, and due to lack of time, I didn't have time to go to the nearby beach🏖️, but riding the country road in the morning is like entering the world of Hayao Miyazaki. Price: We have 7 adults and 2 children, and the whole house is only 1600 RMB per night, which is very affordable.
