Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hang Dong District

I really loved staying here. Felt just like home, with welcoming hosts next door. Everything is set up to stay long-term. The neighbourhood is very quiet, wonderful sounds of crickets and birds, like being in nature but only 10/15mins from old city. Easy to get a grab bike/taxi, but even easier to hire a scooter, which can be delivered and picked-up charge free . Highly recommended

This is such a Lanna stylish house, 1 master bedroom with super large restroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom for kid which are all perfect for 5. A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Everything you need for a short break or holiday is provided for you. Furthermore, K.Yuranan was very helpful, very welcoming, friendly manner and quick to respond our text messages. He also was great at communicating with us and checked we were okay during our stay. Highly recommended!

The location is quiet and peaceful, the room is clean and spacious. Jiw is friendly and provides clear instructions for check-in. I would recommend this place as an accommodation for family trips.

Napapat's house is very clean and spacioius. Napapat is very kind and thoughtful host, and gave quick replies to all my questions. The house has many useful appliances such as coffee maker and water purifier. I highly recommend Napapat's house for anyone planning to travel around Chiangmai. I would defintely like to come back to this beautiful house if I ever get a chance to come to Chiangmai again.

We had an amazing time at the villa with our family! The place is very family-friendly — the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast every morning, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which gave us real peace of mind. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! It was super clean and cozy, we really felt like at Home. The neighborhood is great, lots of paths to walk, especially around the Lake. The house has everything you need and even more. Nan is very friendly and nice person, I enjoyed meeting her! She is the best host I ever met on Airbnb! I recommend this place to everyone!

The Doi Kham Villa is indeed a peaceful retreat at the foot of the hills! The villa was spotless clean. Check in instructions was clear and all communications went well. The kitchen was very well equipped. It’s been great stay! Thanks Sean!

John's place is one of the finest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The building is beautiful and the apartment is delightful. It is spacious and very well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is modern. John has furnished the apartment with everything a traveler would need. He has perfect instructions for everything in the apartment. His guide for the local area is outstanding. Many people are Airbnb Superhosts. John truly deserves the title as does his fabulous place.

Great place to stay overall. Easy to access and there were parking lots available for cars. Walkable distance to nearby mall, night market, cafes and convenient store! The place is also safe to stay. The only issue i had was the noise of airplanes and heavy rain. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not recommended. Or else, overall is a good place to live!

I really enjoyed my stay, nice clean and spacious apartment, that’s updated beautiful hard wood floors. Perfect location right next to a Maya shopping mall and other shopping areas and plenty of restaurants! I recommend staying here.

Yada's appartment is very beautiful, looks exactly as on the pictures. located in the old town, its easy to walk everywhere. also Yada was super resonsive and helpful thourghout my 2,5 weeks long stay. only 2 small downside. first, its right next to kindergarten, so it can be a bit noisy in the morning. Secondly, ants easily get inside into the appartment on the ground floor. Yada sent me an insect spray, but it doesnt solve it completely. other than that, its a very nice place.

This is my second stay with Gaew. I had an amazing stay last time. This time I stayed at Gaew’s new listing - when it still had no review - because I’m so confident that my stay would be pleasant and I was right. This new room is spotlessly clean and aesthetically designed in Japanese style. Gaew is as welcoming, friendly and responsive as usual. I love the location too - it’s in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood yet it’s not far from the popular places like the old town and Nimman. Most importantly as a solo female traveller I feel very safe. The neighborhood itself is worth exploring with local food (eg the grilled pork store open in the morning with a few steps away from the apartment) and the cute cafes. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Next time if I am back in Chiangmai (which I certainly will), I will definitely book Gaew’s room again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and well-hosted stay!

the place is tastefully decorated and clean，the unit is a corner room so there is a lot of daylight our stay is perfectly comfortable as the host provides all the needed amenities thank you Chatthorn

Overall, we had a good stay. The host was very responsive. Only one thing I found a bit inconvenience was that a group of four got just 1 room key, but available to deposit for more.

Noey is a very responsive host. Although there's a small problem on the first night of stay, she helped and solve the problem right away. The location is perfect and many good cafes around the corner. I love the neighborhood.

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to Nimman 1, Maya Mall.The room is well equipped and the balcony has a magnificent mountain view.The owner replied quickly and communication was smooth.The owner was happy to allow a late check-out for a temporary reason.Neighbors are friendly and quiet.There is renovation during the stay, and there is sometimes noise during working hours, which is unavoidable.The balcony door has a screen, it's sealed, but you can still hear the plane.But it doesn't affect my sleep.I'll come back if I have the chance. One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It’s cozy, but very clean, comfortable, and meticulously furnished. These hosts could literally teach lessons on how to Airbnb a home. They provided a detailed guide with everything from restaurant recommendations to emergency contact info. The kitchen was small but equipped with things you don’t see in many regional Airbnbs such as a toaster, a gourmet coffee maker, and a generously-stocked snack tray that was replenished twice during our stay. They even had robes in the closet! (I didn’t wear them, but it was nice they were there. 🙂) The location is extremely convenient, in walking distance to probably hundreds of great restaurants and cafes in the Nimman area. We’ve stayed at several places in this area, but none with such amazing mountain views from the balcony and bedroom. We liked it so much, we extended for as long as we could.

The highlight was the soft bed and the quality of linen used. We fell in love with it and missed it in every other place we stayed in Thailand after that. 🤗

The house is soooo beautiful and comfortable feel like home, I really like the dark green sofa, we had a great time watching Netflix on it, the landlord is super friendly and welcoming! I definitely will come back again!
