Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Hancock County

Excellent quite Lakeview home in beautiful Bean Station near Gilmore dock. House sits up high so the views are great fire pit carport table and ring game were all great.

We were very, very pleased with our stay. Shane & Linda accommodated our last minute booking. They were very quick to respond to all of my questions. The home itself is very cute. Love the rustic, country vibe. Sitting on the porch swing, reading, listening to the birds chirping and enjoying nature was just exactly what I needed. The kids enjoyed lounging around, playing the board games provided. This is the first rental we’ve stayed at that actually has COMFORTABLE BEDS!!! The only thing that some people might consider an issue is cell phone/wifi reception is a bit slow and spotty. BUT that is exactly what we needed for this vacation. This made all the kids and adults have to engage and interact without devices. Using the fire pit to make s’mores was one of the highlights. The home itself is clean, comfortable and has a lived in feel that allows you to relax. The kitchen could use a bit more pot/pans selection, but overall, there was a full stock of all necessary items for a home.

The towels were incredibly soft, bed was comfy would rent again for my next work trip! Easy, quiet, ac and fans worked great.

The house was exactly as describe in the listing and photos The location was perfect for us as it was near family. There are lots of restaurants within a few miles. I would stay there again

Edee was the perfect host! She immediately accepted and accommodated our group-Last minute and late request for shelter due to an outdoor festival being rained out. She also checked to make sure we found the spot, and recommended things to do. I will definitely book one of her properties again!

A wonderful home in a beautiful area! Adeline was very helpful and responsive to any questions. Overall a great host, a great house and a great trip. a little traveling to see some amazing things and enjoy a bit of what Tennessee had to offer. The house was clean and well stocked with snacks, coffee and seasonings. plenty of dishes, pans and utensils. Our only wish would have been if there was a grill we could have used on the deck for a little cookout. but that being said, it didn't take away from our stay at all. We can't wait to come back! and hopefully for a longer stay!

Absolute perfection. My only recommendation is for guests to bring a sleep mask if you like it dark. The beautiful wooden shutters don’t keep out all of the morning light. Everything about this home was beautiful. I cannot recommend this home enough.

The place was way nicer than even the photos showed . Great location , close to everything you would need . Extremely peaceful and relaxing . The Lakeview was breathtaking. Marie and Tony were so welcoming and friendly.

Lazy Days Condo was WONDERFUL! It was exactly like the pictures, clean, had everything we needed, and felt like home for the weekend. The rooms were all spacious and comfortable and all had their own bathroom. Parking was easy and always available, and the condo neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the lake. There is also a Keurig for coffee and an automatic ice maker in freezer which were nice to have! There is also a neighborhood market Walmart about 15 minutes away if needed for groceries in Morristown. One other small note - there is a tree branch that bangs against the back bedroom window in the wind. It didn’t bother us but worth mentioning. Lynda was easy to contact and always quick to respond, along with her assistant Joey. They were both so friendly and helpful. If we are ever around her Airbnb’s again, I would not hesitate to book with her.

Linzi's place was spacious, clean, and conveniently walkable to all of the local attractions! Great for my family and I!

Beautifully decorated, spacious, very clean three bedroom home. Close to shopping and many restaurants and ETSU. Located in a nice neighborhood, felt very safe. Special touches through the home like luxury toiletries and a stocked coffee bar. A great place to stay!

Great apartment! Once you walk up a flight of stairs, you follow the hallway to an open kitchen/living space. It was beautiful!!! There are two separate bedrooms. Comfortable!! The bathroom was clean. The location is great-close enough to activities and far enough away to enjoy the peacefulness.

This was a fantastic place to stay while visiting my mother and sister. Clean, comfortable, and the location was great for us. The beds were so very comfortable! We will definitely be back :-)
