Dock your boat, grill out on the large porch and screened in patio, bonfire, kayak, paddle board or float and play in the water. Sleeps 12 (14 with cot and blow up mattress). Nearly 600 feet of private water frontage to enjoy.

The gated community offers walking trails, a dock behind the villa and lake access for our guests. What a great getaway! Our 3 day weekend trip was fantastic, the house is well appointed and very comfortable. Early morning coffee on the deck or down on the dock starts off the day, we spent hours just floating in the cove, no need for a boat unless you want to go exploring. Thanks very much, highly recommend. 3 families and a baby had a wonderful trip.

This was our third annual family lake weekend and this was by far the BEST. The home was beautifully appointed with plenty of room to spread out. The amenities for fun on the lake were more than expected. The location is convenient, the water was pristine and the views were spectacular. We look forward to returning for our 4th annual trip. If you are looking for an ideal space to enjoy Lake Sinclair, this should be your first choice. You won't be disappointed.

Clara’s place was great. It was clean and spacious. Our grand baby enjoyed running around. The house was equipped for toddlers even a high chair — wasn’t expected. This location was a gem. It rained everyday so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the home amenities except the grill and swing set for a little while. Everything was great! Thanks Clara for the perfect place for our family this Father’s Day weekend.

Staying here was absolutely worth it! Not only was the home beautiful and comfortable, but Brad and Alanna clearly put so much thought into every detail. The extras they provided — like the coffee, s’mores station, ice pops (which totally won over my daughter!), a detailed guest guide, kayaks, and a fully stocked kitchen — made the stay feel extra special. We truly felt at home thanks to their thoughtful touches. We will definitely be back. Thank you again!
