First of all, the description of the accommodation was good, so I had no difficulty finding it. And the owner's husband and wife welcomed us and explained the structure of the house and the precautions. It's a 2nd floor accommodation, but the 1st floor is a work room, so he said it was okay to jump around without worrying about the downstairs. The kitchen, bathroom, and room were all clean, so it was nice to use, and the barbecue was all set up on the first floor, so it was nice not to have to go down from the second floor to the first floor. It was nice to be able to grill meat for a long time because they gave us extra charcoal.

It's a port, but I liked it because it had a view of the sea. The public parking lot is across the street, but I didn't wander around because there was no space. I didn't do anything on the rooftop, but I think it would have been nice to have a can of beer on the bench~ It was so nice to have the room condition, the interior, the washing machine, and the dryer. Each room has its own air conditioner, and everything works well! However, the stairs are too short and steep. There was no handle when I came down. I was a little scared. Everyone opened the door and was surprised. I don't think it's a good idea for people who are old and have difficulty moving around, or for people who have a lot of luggage. I had a nice stay!

exactly as described and amazing location. the apartment was very clean with every single amenity that you could need. loved the coffee beans that you could grind yourself for the freshest cup of coffee. the projection TV was a nice touch. the location was perfect - very close to the dancing fountain and the nightlife area yet very quiet. enough of free parking around the place.

I slept really well due to the flexible check-in and check-out time. And the host was really kind and quick to respond to my questions. The convenience store was on the first floor, so it was convenient to use. The inside of the accommodation was clean and pleasant, so I intend to visit again and again. Amazing place to stay! Really gorgeous view or the nearby park. Walkable to the 5.18 park, tons of restaurants and bars, and easy to get to different areas with buses. Host is excellent and responds very fast, with helpful directions and great local recommendations!

The location is a little remote, but it's a friendly neighborhood. You must bring a car. If you want to go to the nearby grocery store, you have to go about 3 minutes by car. The room is big and the living room is big, so it's great to stay. I highly recommend it.

I rented this accommodation for 4 months as an exchange student. It is located just a 5-minute walk from the entrance to Chonnam National. University. The neighbourhood and the building are quiet and friendly to live in. Regarding the apartment, it is very well equipped and spacious, ideal for a single person or even for two. The host, Paul, always responds very quickly to any problems I may have and has always been able to offer me good solutions. I highly recommend it.
