Apartment holiday rentals in Hampton

We stayed here for a week and used it as a home location for day trips each day. We easily got to antique stores in New Hampshire and Maine and we were close enough to Boston to get to Mount Auburn and Salem. Everything was just as pictured on the website and our host responded to us very quickly whenever we had a question. Absolutely enjoyed being able to watch the sunset from our room and enjoy the wonderful bird songs in the morning and the frogs and crickets at night.

Great view on the ocean. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Great host.

This location was surprising in all the best ways and for the price and comfort can't be beat, cozy and set back its perfect for beach trips where you want to be close to everything yet want a quiet return to rest and lay back after all the commotion. I've stayed at many locations over the years by the beach before using Airbnb and after, this by far was the quietest, I'd be very happy to use this location again as well as suggesting the host, Elizabeth was very quick to reply and very helpful with any questions !!

Very comfortable & relaxing! Even though it rained while we were there, the house was so nice we didn’t mind being stuck inside.

We stayed overnight after attending a concert at the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom. It was a super convenient 5 minute walk - not only to the venue but to local restaurants, the beach, etc.

This place is in a perfect location. Leave your car parked and walk the three minutes to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. The apartment is clean, updated, and cheerful. Lawrence showed up within minutes when we had an internet question, and the problem was resolved immediately. We would definitely stay there again!

Marco was very nice checked in with us periodically to make sure we didn’t need nothing for the house. Great house great location to walk to the beach. The deck was very well enjoyed we barbecued out with family and friends. Very nice vacation.

Instructions for check in and out were clear. The view of the sunrise and sunset were beautiful. I loved that the kitchen had everything that you could need! When I'm in the area again I will definitely be returning here and maybe stay more than just one day

Can’t wait to bock this spot again. So close to everything but yet far enough it’s not to loud from the night life going on. Beach location was perfect easy parking very safe. Building neighbors were so kind and welcoming

Zachary was very responsive and attentive to our needs which were very minimal. Very clean and well presented. Great location out of the midstream of chaos of the strip but close enough to get there. Walk to the beach short and can get a glimpse of the water from the room but would be better a floor or two up. Well furnished with all cooking supplies. Ice maker included which was a plus. Enjoyed our time. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The place is Cozy and very close to the beach and the broadwalk, but not to close that you can hear all the parties that in going on in broadwalk. Parking is a bit far, but 5 min walk is acceptable. Erin is a superhost and very responsive.

This was a cozy little place walkable to all the restaurants on the main strip in Hampton. Very clean and the host was responsive and helpful. Will return!

Very clean place beautiful view just didn’t realize it was on the third floor was hard for my handicap mother but place was very clean had everything you could need. And host was very fast to respond and very nice.

Pristine apartment just minutes from everything. Excellent location for bird/animal lovers. The bird feeders provided endless entertainment. Inside apartment was well appointed with gorgeous furnishings and quality linens. Super quiet too. Hoping to stay with Rick again.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The house was spotless, with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom that made everything super convenient. Thiago was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We especially loved the jacuzzi area and the large, comfy couch in the living room. The entire place offered great privacy. Would definitely recommend it!

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. Evan and Rachel were wonderful, responsive hosts and the property was exactly what I hoped for. Upon arrival, the washer looked and smelled very moldy. My advice to any future guests would be to please consider airing out the washer after using it to help prevent this. The AC/heat pump units also seemed a bit musty. However, after communicating the issue to the hosts, they quickly offered to come in later that day to sanitize the washer and give our unit an ozone treatment to deal with the mold spores in the air. I really appreciated the effort and it resolved the problem enough for me to feel comfortable washing my clothes. The convenience of living on the main road in town was nice, but the street was a bit noisy at night. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay at The Loft Escape Apartment again!

I flew in for work and only stayed a couple days but definitely enjoyed the space. I will be coming back to this Airbnb in fall

141 Studio was perfect for a couple for a few days near downtown Portland. The studio is great. Dan has renovated it in great style. The kitchen was great for our purposes. The layout of the studio was great for our purposes. Having the washer and dryer was extremely helpful and made our 10 day total trip work well. I cannot say enough good things about the studio and Dan's preparation of it. The scale only goes to five, but it is a ten. Thank you Dan.

Everything was absolutely exceptional! My parents stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive — they replied to our messages and requests immediately, which made everything so easy and stress-free. My parents left extremely happy and are already talking about coming back. Highly recommended!

I stayed with Evan and Rachel previously in the apartment located upstairs from the Hideaway Studio. Once again, I was not disappointed! Spotlessly clean, great location, clear instructions, and perfect for a single guy looking to stay a few nights in Derry. No complaints except I was unable to find any dish soap, so I had to wash everything with hand soap. Also, when using the hot tub, I was bothered by a musty smell coming from the water, especially when all the jets were turned on. Perhaps I’m just overly sensitive to mold. Also, some of the pictures should be updated. While I didn’t need it for my stay, the bunk bed was not set up, so it was just the full bed with the twin trundle underneath. Wonderful stay overall, and I would not hesitate to book this location again!

Excellent stay in Portland! The space is true to the photos and description. Everything was easy, pleasant, and having the hot tub and pool were such a bonus! Lovely stay, lovely city!
