Plenty of grocery stores and restaurant options nearby.

Relax with your partner or bring the whole family to our peaceful 45 acre horse farm. We neighbor the Eno River and are centrally located in Northern Durham only 12 miles from Downtown. Come sit and enjoy our beautiful screened in porch that overlooks 2 scenic ponds and offers some of the best sunsets you’ve ever seen. This newly renovated farmhouse is beautifully decorated with 2 bedrooms, large master (king) and second bedroom (queen), office space has a sleeper sofa for additional guest.

Cozy & relaxing cottage on the lake *Dog Friendly*

Cozy Lake cottage on the Little River Lake. Come relax on the porch with your coffee in the mornings or take an afternoon nap on the hammock. Fish for a little in the afternoon or go down to the Little River Lake Facility and rent a canoe. It’s the perfect get away that is still close to town and wonderful restaurants. Up to two well behaved and vaccinated dogs are welcome on the property. Dog fee $75 for up to two dogs. Sorry, no cats due to allergies. Swimming is not allowed in the lake.

The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and much more. @timberwoodtinyhome
