Mohamed und seine Nichte sind unglaublich nett, sehr zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Dachterrasse mit Meerblick ist einfach ein Traum!

Lovely spacious and very modern apartment, I had a lovely stay here for two weeks with my husband and two children . Close to beach , shops and restaurants . Lyed is a great host and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. He was very helpful and always responded to messages Thank you for everything Lyed to you and your family ! Hope to come again .

j'ai beaucoup aimé l'appartement et l'endroit aussi. toutes est super bien passé je recommande vivement.

The apartment was basic but had the essentials. Had some issues with the air con, oven and bathroom. The shower leaked and it was impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom. The oven didn't stay on but the gas cooker was fine. I would advise u take towels with u as there wasn't enough and also only one bed sheet. The local shops are basic and u would need to travel to access a proper supermarket. Ahmed was friendly on arrival.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt (2 Nächte) in dieser Villa! Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Der Pool ist genauso groß und schön wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Besonders toll fanden wir den Privatstrand, der nur 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist und exklusiv für die Anwohner zugänglich ist. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig mit vier Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohnzimmer und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Außerdem war alles sauber. Insgesamt eine großartige Unterkunft – wir können sie nur weiterempfehlen!

On as passé un excellent séjours, Donia a était a l’écoute et présente pour nous assurer un très bon séjours.

Wir (Paar mit Kind 4J.) waren eine Woche bei Alia zu Gast und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Appartement ist hübsch, stilvoll eingerichtet und liegt ruhig am Meer. Naila (Alias Mutter) wohnt im selben Haus, hat uns oft weitergeholfen und super Tipps zu allem Möglichen gegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Nahla ! Le check-in et le check-out ont été rapides et faciles, avec des instructions claires fournies. La maison était propre, conforme à la description et ressemblait aux photos. Nahla a été une hôte remarquable, réactive et d'une grande aide. Au final, c'était un juste rapport qualité-prix. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, je recommande vivement cet endroit !

Heel fijn verblijf gehad! Snelle en duidelijke communicatie! Goed slaapcomfort en een geweldig huis, mooie tuin en heerlijk zwembad! 2 weken geboren in dit paleisje! Raad het zeker aan en kom ook graag weer een keer terug! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig! Super bedankt!

Superbe villa encore plus jolie que sur les photos! Nous y avons séjourné à deux familles (5 adultes et 4 enfants) et l’espace était idéal. Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Tout y était pour passer un séjour agréable. Le séjour et la cuisine sont très spacieux. Toutes les chambres sont équipées d’un climatiseur. Il y a une buanderie pour laver son linge. Une grande table pour 12 personnes pour déjeuner dans le jardin au bord de la piscine et même un barbecue. Coup de cœur pour la piscine très grande et design. Samy nous a accueilli chaleureusement du début à la fin. 10 sur 10 pour cette villa que nous garderons précieusement dans nos contacts pour les prochaines visites à Hammamet! Impeccable!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison d’Abdellaziz. La villa est chaleureuse et située dans un coin très calme de la région proche de toutes commodités. Sécurité calme confort équipements Une piscine de rêve La literie très confortable, la vaisselle à disposition et la propreté de la villa impeccable. Abdellaziz a été bienveillant et très réactif serviable et à disposition pour nous conseiller tout au long de notre séjour. Je recommande vivement Encore Merci pour votre accueil

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines dans cet appartement qui correspond en tous points à ce qui était annoncé et à ce que nous en attendions. La petite terrasse est très agréable pour lire, bavarder, prendre un verre, le tout avec le parfum du jasmin, et le reste de l'appartement est agréable, bien équipé et fonctionnel. La résidence est calme, bien entretenue et sécurisée. La proximité de la plage est un atout, tout comme la station de taxis juste à l'entrée de la résidence, ce qui facilite les déplacements vers Hammamet ou Nabeul. Quelques chouettes restaurants sont très proches, ce qui est toujours très agréable. Hatem est un hôte très sympathique, réactif et même proactif. Nous y reviendrons certainement et avec un très grand plaisir.

Fantastic apartment, great location, walking distance from all the amenities: shops, supermarket, restaurants, mosque, old media and the beach/sea. The apartment was in a quiet and very secure residence area in the heart of the tourist zone. It was well equipped with all essential items needed to enjoy our stay with an enormous terrace with sea views. The owner was friendly and helpful. We are hopeful to return again in the future as we loved our stay.

Expérience incroyable, l'appartement est spacieux, propre ,proche de la plage et des restaurants. l'emplacement idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances. Anis est très gentil,serviable et très sérieux. franchement à refaire ,je dirais même que c l'appartement idéal pour passer ses vacances à hammamet. Merci pour tout Anis.

I recently stayed at Bochra’s apartment and it was an absolute delight. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, providing a perfect home away from home. The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Bochra, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive. She made sure I had everything I needed and was always available to answer any questions, while still respecting my privacy. Her warm and welcoming personality truly made the experience even more special. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bochra’s apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay with an exceptionally caring host. It was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to returning!
