The detached, 120 m², completely renovated vacation home consists of a cozy and bright living and dining room including a fireplace, a nice kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2/1/1), 2 bathrooms plus guest toilet, a furnished terrace, parking spaces and a beautiful garden.

Dear guests, The privately run apartment is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Altenboitzen, about 9 km outside of Walsrode. Altenboitzen impresses with its quiet location without main roads but still with a very good connection to the A27 highway in the direction of Bremen, Hanover and Hamburg. This self-contained apartment is ideal for use as a short stay, vacation or by arrangement for a longer-term accommodation or as a fitter's apartment.

The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. We, Carlotta & Paul, have completely renovated our small bakery from 1816 in the past two years with natural and sustainable building materials. The furniture and the kitchen are also planned with a lot of love and built in our workshop. For two people, the bakery offers enough space to relax for a few days, to start a short trip to the Lüneburg Heath or simply to unwind. We look forward to seeing you!
