Absolutely loved our stay at this charming cottage! It was clean, cozy, and incredibly cute—just like the photos. The space had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Great attention to detail, and the host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Dexter Retreat Spacious 1bd Apt outside Ann Arbor

This is the cleanest and quietest airbnb I have ever stayed in. Everything is extremely well maintained and in perfect working order. Beautiful area and views. Lovely hosts who are very responsive both when booking and during the stay. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending this place to others. I had emergency work being done on my house and had to leave immediately – I had booked a different airbnb and it was an absolute nightmare. I found this place while hastily searching for an alternative and I am *so* glad that I ended up choosing it. I showed up totally stressed out, sleep deprived, and starving. Lynette said a quick hi and then let me get on with unpacking. The first thing I noticed was how clean this place is. It is also very low-fragrance (just a few hand soaps and the dish detergent are fragranced). I ended up staying for a week and a half and having such a comfortable, quiet place to stay really helped during this stressful period. Highly recommend.

Christinia’s place is very beautiful, quiet, and clean. She was very accommodating and communicative. We loved our stay. The lake is beautiful and it was great to have access to the kayak and paddle board. We will definitely stay again!

Waterfront in Brighton; 17 miles to the Big House

JieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a very pleasant stay. The house is beautiful and very clean. Hosts are very kind and responsive to our requests. The view from the living room window is amazing. When weather is good, it is super nice sitting on the deck, very relaxing. We did not spend much time in the local area, but it is a convenient drive to Ann Arbor and big house, less than half an hour. A good place for Umich events if you don’t want to spend ridiculous amount of money in Ann Arbor when price in every hotel skyrocketed.

The Wright Place/ UM Specialty Care / Mt Brighton

We enjoyed the surroundings and the neighborhood. We especially appreciated being near a Target, several grocery stores, the Post Office, the library, and an excellent movie theater. The nearby town of Brighton had lots to see and do: a cute bookstore, a yoga studio, a Memorial Day parade, and good restaurants! Jim was very responsive to the few issues we had, primarily due to our unfamiliarity with technology in general. LOL. Ha Ha… the May weather was challenging, but Jim couldn’t help us with that. Last May was much warmer. All in all, a good value.
