The cabin was clean and well appointed. The area is very peaceful, and we enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back next year.

We had a great stay at this cabin - it is spacious, cozy, and has a very beautiful view overlooking the valley and surrounding mountain range. It was easy to find and had ample space for relaxing as well as working remotely. Beds were very comfortable and the full kitchen was great. The hosts were also very responsive! Anyone with dog allergies should know that the unit does allow pets and it seems that the owners have dogs, and there was quite a bit of dog fur around the cabin that did trigger some allergy issues. One other note related to cleaning - you'll be expected to take your trash with you, wipe down surfaces, strip the beds, and vacuum before leaving the cabin, despite paying a cleaning fee to book. Overall though, we had a very nice stay and the cabin has everything you need for a Maine mountain getaway!

Oliver’s place is very clean!! The beds were comfortable! A snowstorm had moved in and Oliver cleaned the driveway out right away. It was a really good stay, I would go back to Oliver’s anytime.

Beautiful view of the lake and great place close to town, would definitely recommend renting this place!

I give the host Tia 10 stars if possible. She was amazing and we were in contact a lot while there. The house is a bit dated and there is some clutter from the owner. The location is amazing and right on the water. They windows on the waterside don’t open and there are no screen doors so it was pretty buggy because we had to keep the doors open due to scorching temps. They don’t have a dock which would have been nice with the boat and just to have something to sit on.. But all in all Tia was truly incredible! The spot beautiful. I would go back. We couldn’t be more happy with our rental. The home itself is perfectly appointed with plenty of very comfortable beds, lots of outlets/USB outlets, spacious rooms, and locations dedicated to ski gear (both inside and out). The home was spotless. The kitchen had everything you could need including Kureg pods and creamer for coffee each morning. Washer and dryer insuite. The location cannot be beat. You are steps from the slopes, the water park, and the Tram base (restaurants, store). Parking is directly in front of the unit. Steven was very communicative. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and timely. Next time we are at Jay Peak, we will stay here again without hesitation. Great spot for several couples and/or small families. You won’t be disappointed!

My family and I throughly enjoyed staying at the tree house. It’s right on the water to offer that camp feel yet also has a blend of that modern, small and cozy feel. Staying there was great, the house had all the basics one could need which helped make our stay that much easier. Unfortunately the weather was overcast most of our stay so we didn’t have a chance to fully enjoy the lake front view and dock, but our one moment where it was warm enough to jump in the water didn’t disappoint. Wish we had more opportunity to spend time down by the water. We’ve been to the Rangeley area before but this was our first time staying on this lake, we were also able to hike bald mountain and drive up quill hill in rangeley. There is plenty of spectacular views in the area and plenty of things to do. Next time we think of staying in the area we will certainly have this place in mind. We definitely would recommend staying here!
