My husband and I spent our first year anniversary at Lanny & Jennifer’s beautiful property. Right from the start, they made us feel right at home by greeting us and giving us a walk through of the property. We never felt so at home at an air b n b! The place is so well kept - clean, smelled great & had all the essentials. We felt safe and at home throughout the stay. The pool was well kept and the laundry was an amazing addition. The neighbour hood is quiet and close to all the stores. The hosts were extremely personable and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend this property and we will be back!

Very good location, and the interior is all clean and cozy. I’ve genuinely felt at home! I am a clean freak person but I really felt comfortable. It was immaculately clean.

Would stay here again, decent uber cost to downtown. Close to lots of places and things to do.

I could not have asked for a better stay in Kitchener! The apartment was comfortable and had everything you need for a pleasant stay and the view is amazin. Super well located, just minutes from uptown Waterloo or downtown Kitchener and at walking distance from the train station. Nicole was also very responsive and helpful! Overall, one of the best airbnb stays I've had!

Mehrdads condo was perfect for us. The view from the balcony, the proximity for bars and restaurants the CN tower and aquarium. Ten minute walk to union street train station. The condo was comfortable and well furnished and we felt very settled as soon as we moved in. Communication and entry on arrival was hassle free. Would totally recommend !

Very convenient location! 10-15 min from downtown - it was perfect for my work trip. I didn’t realize it was a bachelor apartment where the bedroom and kitchen are all together - but the space worked well for one person. Ivys place has everything you need - even hair straighteners! Parking is a bit hard because it’s so far down in levels. Overall great stay! Ivy was very responsive.

Andrew was a great host and his apartment was very comfortable for my stay there with my daughter. The neighborhood is nice and central with lots of great restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It is just a short walk to the University of Toronto . It was easy to take the train or Uber from there . I would definitely book with Andrew again. Thank you Andrew and your team. The location was perfect. It had plenty of shops and restaurants and lots of things to do in the area as well. The home was as pictured and had everything you would need to enjoy your vacation. It was comfortable, and clean and had everything you wanted to have away from home. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but then it could just be me :). The customer service of the owner response was absolutely wonderful. He responded in a timely manner like immediately and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. I couldn't have imagine to have engage with such kinder person than Sanctuary.

Judy's one bedroom apartment felt like a home away from home. We never heard our neighbors or any disturbing sounds through the walls. The other residents of the building were friendly and helpful. The property is an easy five-minute walk from the subway and buses. We were able to visit all the Toronto destinations on our list, then we could retreat to this haven in the sky. The bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of bed and bath linens. The kitchen included all we needed to cook and dine. It would have been handy to have more regular-size spoons and forks. We enjoyed a swim in the pool and a soak in the hot tub.

Great accommodation in Hamilton, easy to find and Jon recommends local places to visit which is a nice touch. Great value! If you are tall this wouldn’t be the accommodation for you as the ceilings are low. Some noise and running from above but nothing which impacted us

We’ve stayed in a few airbnb’s now and cottage in the city was by FAR our favourite stay! With a rambunctious 1 year old, the space was just the right size to play and entertain without having to deal with the dangers of stairs, or multiple rooms. The open concept was perfect and there was even a high chair which was a pleasant surprise! Our visit was short, but if we had stayed longer we definitely would have enjoyed a coffee on the front porch in the privacy of the airbnb, or a fire at night. We can’t wait to come back for longer next time! Everything was just as the listing said and in a busy city it was great to have a taste of home on our trip.

My family and I had a great time and would highly recommend this space for anyone considering the area. We very much enjoyed the well-manicured backyard. Overall, we had a phenomenal time and had no issues with the property or host.

The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better! Kari’s place was amazing, smooth check-in, clear instructions, she is very responsive on messages. I booked her place for my husband’s birthday and asked for some decorations, she fully delivered on that request. Overall it was great stay.

Michael was a great host, gave some nice tips and the place he provides is really amazing feels just like home. Maybe the only negative thing is if you like to cook a lot the fire alarms are a bit sensitive, so need to watch out the way you cook as they can be very loud:)
