TV, inlaid water from own well (only cold water) so dishes are done in the good old way, well equipped kitchen. Hallway, bathroom Jets vacuum toilet, sink, large bedroom with double bed, bedroom 2: bunk bed with larger bottom, 140 cm, as well as a single divan in the room. Holiday home with unique location in Bøfjorden in Surnadal. Beachfront and private jetty. 2 kayaks Short way to the off. beach. Steakjorden is a nice starting point for great mountain hikes. Shop in the immediate area. Well equipped kitchen. Heat pump and wood stove. Washing machine. Hot tub in spring/summer season. Use of hot tub must be arranged, price NOK 400 at 1st time use, then NOK 250 per heating. The place is rented for quiet law enforcement. No parties allowed. Please leave the place tidy and clean.

Flotte skiløyper på vinteren like ved huset. I nærheten er det restaurant og nærbutikk. Halvdelen består av 5 soverom, 1 bad, stue, kjøkken og gang. Det er varmepumpe. Ingen sengetøy/håndklær. Mulighet for leie av båt, kaasbøll 19" aluminiums skjærgårdsjeep 60hk. Båtleie 550kr pr/dag (3500 kr pr/uke)

This unique place has a style all its own. A newly built cabin located at the edge of the sea. The house is recently finished and can be described as modern, sturdy and an exceptionally good place for rest and celebration. There is also the possibility to rent other places within short walking distance, if you want to holiday together with more than there are beds in Skjåen. The marina is close by and there is the possibility to rent a boat and two kayaks during the rental period.

If it's chilly, the winter garden is a great place to dine. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwaser. Living area with TV and Apple TV. Bathroom with shower and a washroom with washing machine and dryer. Sleeping area on the 2nd floor (2 rooms and a loft)

There are no neighbors here, but views, and nature like from the adventures. Grautaneset is located at the foot of the spectacular mountain Tustnastabben. From the cabin you can look over to Kr-sund and Tustna. On nice days, you can see Grip far out in the sea. The sun can be enjoyed on the porch until it goes into the sea. There is outdoor furniture in the cabin. Grocery store in Kvisvika about 5 minutes drive away. Twenty minutes away is Fjordkroa which serves really good food. In addition, there is a Bottom Price Shop there.
