This is an absolute gem of a place nestled in the redwoods. So close to everything yet so far away from the typical city noises and commotion. House has everything you need to enjoy your stay and the hosts are extremely helpful and communicative. 15 min walk to downtown with amazing restaurants and shops. Close to Sausalito, Tiburon and SF. A tourist dream stay here with the Bay Area at your fingertips, or a wonderful staycation for locals. Look no further and worry not about your reservation or hosts. Parking can be a bit challenging with steep hills and narrow streets, but so worth negotiating this one small piece for the peace you will feel under a canopy of redwoods. Lots of space, clean, cozy fireplace, easy entry and has all you need in the kitchen to prepare your own meals if desired. Hosts were wonderful and highly recommend a stay here! Thank you!!

Great stay here! Home was cozy and had everything we needed. Enjoyed making coffee and sitting on the deck in the morning. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes away. We needed extra chairs and an umbrella and Kathryn had those items in the closet that we were able to use. Hope to visit again.

My family and I spent a fantastic week at Jackie's house. Sunny, comfy, and well-equipped with everything visitors might need, the house is a perfect spot to start and end a day of exploring beautiful Santa Cruz. We hope to return!

We had a fantastic stay at Vivian’s home. Beautiful costal views from the house and a short walk/drive away from Montara beach. We enjoyed the local coffee shop just steps away from the home each morning. The home was spacious and comfortable. Vivian was very responsive. We would stay again!

Really great location in the red woods. Perfect place to spend a quiet weekend. The kitchen was well equipped. The fridge had a whole entertainment component built in so it was nice to use to play music in the kitchen. The outdoor space is super private and the hot tub is so peaceful. Bathroom is nice. Shower is spacious. Comfortable sleeping options. Overall a clearly well loved and taken care of space.

A recent stay at Robert’s home in Ben Lomond was exceptional. The property felt like home from the pictures on the wall to the books in the bookcase. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and toiletries was like walking into our personal family vacation home with everything clean and organized. Upon our arrival, we contacted the owner to let them know we arrived. We enjoyed a welcoming orientation of the property. The location was ideal with convenient access to stores and restaurants. We could not have selected a better place to enjoy quality family time and celebrate a graduation from UC Santa Cruz. This was a super stay and gets our highest recommendation.

Linda and Bob are wonderful hosts. We love their beautiful studio. The location is an amazing and we felt very safe and secure. Their property is a beautiful vineyard and the pool is right outside the studio. Lots of walkable paths, and our dogs Loved it. We will be back!

Madis place was exactly as described and very spacious with comfy beds. We requested early check in, which Madi agreed to at a readonable cost. There are many apartments within the location and finiding out where the actual building was was a bit confusing but once we got to the apartment we were fine. We did not use the amenities listed. It was a short commute to Stanford so served us well for the graduation weekend.

The best in San Rafael, plenty of parking and a kayak . Gina is wonderful our guests arrived early so I was asking Gina for early check in Gina response yes right a way Thank you very much. We live down in Santa Cruz and wanted to treat ourselves to a poolside weekend in the mountains (and this place did not disappoint!!). Would certainly stay again and appreciate how communicative the hosts were. As we get into summer we should have known better and brought our citronella candles because the mosquitos were out with a vengeance and forced us inside- so we recommend prepping for bugs if you want to stay poolside for sunset.

This is a great rental for families with children. The pool is perfect for toddlers.

Excellent accommodations! We loved the location and the layout. It was sweet to have a view of the ocean while we were in the apartment. It was clean, well stocked and the host was quick to reply to questions. The central location was perfect for visiting the area.

Peter's yurt was a fun place to stay. It was so unique and peaceful. The yurt and bathrooms were spacious and clean. There were clear instructions inside the yurt and also at the outdoor appliances. It's close to Santa Cruz and Henry Cowell State Park. We had such a great time here. Also, the wifi was great. I was able to attend Zoom calls without any issues.

April’s place is one of the best Airbnb places I’ve stayed at. Her place was gorgeous—the photos don’t do it justice! It was pristine and had all the amenities she mentioned. April was pleasant and easy to communicate with. Overall it was such a pleasurable stay. April, thank you again for hosting us!

This place makes you want to quit your job and live here permanently. Be sure to bring your camera to take some magazine quality pictures of the ocean/beach. For an off grid place it’s surprising that all the creature comfort things you can think of were available 24/7. A cozy and toasty furnace heating system, hot water shower, cooler, oven, fridge, hi speed internet, real flushing toilet, kitchen with all dishes and cooking tools, pizza oven, bbq grill, fire pit, coffee, milk…you name it and it’s there. There were five of us and movie night inside the airstream with all of us chilling in the beds converted out in the living room was an experience we will never forget. We will be back this year again before summer ends.

Lovely cottage just two blocks from downtown! Super cute antique decor with a modernized kitchen. The bed were soooooo comfy! We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a very peaceful stay at Michael’s place in the mountains and Michael was friendly and helpful in checking us in and providing recommendations for good places nearby. It was nice to sit out on the property too and enjoy the beautiful views. Would stay there again!

The house was perfect. The golf cart was a great addition. The only problem we had was getting into the house. We were told it was a certain code that didn’t work. We were then told 2-3 different codes that also didn’t work. Finally they came and opened it up for us. we got in at 5:00 instead of 4:00. Had to check out at 10:00 sharp.

Was a great option for close proximity to the Google campus which is where we needed to be. Neighborhood seemed to be safe and walkable. It’s evident they are very involved with the beautiful landscaping and gardening on/around the property therefore notable tree pollen/allergens during the spring time. Overall a cute, cozy, and darling stay!
