Welcome to Kanminka Kanade🌱 Even though it's a travel destination, it welcomes you with a sense of security, as if you were returning home to a relative's house. We moved from Hokkaido to Noto four years ago. This is a private accommodation where the owner lives, where you can experience local life, meet people, and enjoy the slow passage of time. Gather around the irori, gaze out over the rice fields, or have fun playing board games. You can not only explore Noto, but also enjoy an experience of "travelling as if you were living there". This 150-year-old traditional house, built in the first year of the Meiji era, was renovated in 2022.The entire bathroom area has been replaced, and the kitchen and living room are equipped with underfloor heating, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay.The irori (traditional Japanese hearth) that was buried under the floor has been restored, preserving the good old days. The rooms are developed in 2 Japanese-style rooms with 8 tatami mats on the first floor and one Western-style room with 8 tatami mats on the second floor.Basically, it is not a shared room.Two Japanese-style rooms are next to each other, so you can use them as a group.Japanese-style rooms are a priority for large groups. Western-style rooms are separated, so you don't have to worry about the noise.The stairs are steep, so guests with weak feet will be guided to the Japanese-style room on the first floor. [Notosenrihama Resort] This is a private vacation rental that opened in October 2023. * There are cooking utensils such as pots and frying pans, but there are no condiments from the perspective of food hygiene. Please bring your own. Close to the Chirihama Nagisa Driveway, the only coastline in Japan. You can spend a relaxing time enjoying the seasonal sea views. The upstairs terrace offers seasonal sunsets over the Sea of Japan. On clear days, you can see the Hakusan and Tateyama mountain ranges. It is a 3-minute walk to the sea. How about taking a leisurely stroll on the beach with your pet? Enjoy a BBQ with family and friends while watching the sea from the terrace on the ground floor. (There is a separate BBQ grill usage fee of 5,000 yen) There are 4 golf courses within a 10-30 minute drive from the house. The golf course is close, so you can plan to play 2 rounds in one night.

Noto Beach House - Entire Home

Only one group of guests can stay per day. Please feel free to use the 5 tatami-mat bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes you need for cooking. The tatami living room has a sofa, a table, and a 40-inch TV. The car park can accommodate up to 3 cars, and there is also an indoor car park, making it ideal for parking motorbikes. Please note that there is a separate price for stays of one month or more. We will discuss the frequency of cleaning and replenishment of supplies separately. Child fees There is no charge for children 6 years old or younger. Please be sure to let us know when booking. There is bedding for up to 8 people, including children 6 years old or younger.

Along the west coast of the Noto Peninsula, an hour and a half drive north from Kanazawa Station. An 85-year-old traditional house in Akasaki, Shikamachi, Hakui District, Ishikawa Prefecture, has been transformed into a small inn. The name TOGISO comes from the old town name, Togimachi. The sea is right behind the house. Enjoy kayaking and snorkelling, be overwhelmed by the sunset and starry sky, or chat until late at night while grilling freshly caught fish over the fire pit. Noto cottage "Hinoki no ie" is a wooden house with Onsen (Hot spring). Surrounded by the nature of the Noto area, it's located right in-between of Kanazawa and Oku-Noto (about 1 hour by car which is recommended) making it convenient for sightseeing. You can relax in the living room, the tatami room or the cozy open space. The bath, made of hinoki (Japanese cypress) When you step into the bathroom your whole body is enveloped in the scent of the wood. The house is also very close to the ocean.
