Check-out time is anytime before 11:00. Check-out time is 11AM. Please make sure to check out by 11AM or you may be charged ¥7000 for a late check-out fee. Please ask me about leaving luggage before checkin or after checkout for that may be possible depending on cleaning schedule. Please checkout leaving the keys inside the room and leaving the door unlocked. This room is completely NO-SMOKING. However, the balcony area is OK to smoke (ashtray provided). Fukuoka City laws requires all rooms to have cameras at the entrance of the room. Please understand that this is only at the entrance and that your privacy is fully respected. For those on extended stays: daily cleaning service is not available, towels will usually not be swapped (please utilize washing machine). This 2-story building is about 9km from Fukuoka Airport and 7km from Hakata Station. Located within a 10-minute walk from Meijima Station on the Nishitetsu Suetsugu Line. However, in the room, the sound of freight trains passing by can occasionally be heard late at night. May not be suitable for guests who are quite sensitive to sound. For public transportation, transfer once from Hakata Station and Tenjin Station. If you drive, you can reach it in about 15 minutes if there is no traffic jam. The house is opposite the Doiragawa River, and you can take a short walk to see the sea view. The wide view of the river and sea is breathtaking. This spacious single-family home can accommodate 2 to 8 people and is suitable for family travel. Convenience stores, restaurants and supermarkets are all within walking distance, and are also suitable for medium and long-term stays. The ground floor has a living room, a room, a dining area, a toilet and a bathroom. The second floor has three bedrooms with beds and a bathroom. The first floor and the room have two tatami beds, the second floor bed can sleep 6 people, and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
