Waterfront holiday rentals in Fukuoka

We enjoyed our stay. The location and view were great. Many eating places, bakery, supermarkets & subway in the area all within walking distance. We found the seat, coffee table and sofa are too low and uncomfortable for tall people. We would recommend a normal size table and chairs next to the kitchen area to replace the boxed in mattress on the floor that can’t be moved.

Checkin was a little inconvenient It was nice to be able to keep our luggage. It's close to all the places to hang out from the accommodation, and it's quiet.

We love the place. It’s about 8 mins walk from JR station Yoshizuka (吉塚) and then another 2 mins to main station Hakata. It’s about to Subway station Chiyo-Kenchoguchi (千代縣廳口 ) station. The ramen shop just across the street , Sanmi Toka Ebisu is recommended. The host is friendly and helpful.

It is beautiful, the place is not too far away, and the price is cheap, so I am satisfied.

This time, it was for the purpose of delicious food and sake in Fukuoka, but I was close to Nakasu and I was able to drink without worrying about the last train! Lol There are many interesting bars near the inn, and you can walk to the daimyo area in about 15-20 minutes, so it is the best location for those who want to eat! It is a little expensive just for the price, but the hotel is also expensive everywhere, and I think it is quite cost-effective considering the location and room size (I stayed with 3 adults, but it was large enough), etc. I would like to use it again when I travel to Fukuoka!

It was very close and convenient to downtown Nakasu!

Very convenient location. Seven eleven on the 1st floor. Lot of tour places are walking distance. And lot of good restaurants around this place too. I’ll definitely come back and stay here. Highly recommend 👍

Well furnished studio in an excellent location, near a great shopping area, with a supermarket and excellent restaurants. The metro station is nearby and the free bikes are a great way to discover the city and its surroundings. Masaru-San is a great host making sure that you feel safe and confortable. The express way nearby can be a bit noisy sometimes (emergency vehicles or super loud engine), but most of the time it's sounds more like a pleasant background white noise. Great and reliable internet connection and fairly quiet building during the day for those who has to work. I would definitely come back when I get the chance. Thanks again Masaru 👍🏻

Beautiful house. Great Value. Would stay again.

The location is by the sea, and the sandy beach is a short walk away, which is very good. The room is clean and has a great floor plan. There was one bedroom, but there were many sofa beds and bedding, so there was no trouble. It is a little inconvenient when you eat, drink, play, and use transportation in Fukuoka city, but even if you deduct it, you will get change because of the cheapness and the goodness of the room.

It was a very comfortable trip! The BBQ was fully equipped, and there were dishes and kitchen tools, so it was nice to just prepare ingredients and condiments here!

The landlady was very friendly and welcoming, and he was proactive in communicating and explaining, and the dog was very close.It was also very patient listening when the host reacted to some unexpected conditions and was proactive in resolving the issue. A special blessing was also given before leaving, which made me feel very sweet.

I stayed for my child's first birthday. The location was also good, and it was a good memory. Thank you very much.

Both the bathroom and shower are always so clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. The host couple was also really kind.
