The bathroom is nice and functional. The living room and kitchen are also at their disposal for quick cooking… the south-facing terrace and garden offer them the opportunity to eat outside or sunbathe on the terrace. Finally, all the ingredients are there for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Welcome to our small house typical of the mining towns, ideal for a stay for two, with family or for work because of its location close to transport and amenities, it is located 3 km on foot from the train station, Bollaert Stadium. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people, an equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi network and smart TV, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, garden. Everything you need to make yourself at home. No pets allowed
