Loft in the studio This stylish, cosy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest outside Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut region. Art and nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy here. Get up close and personal with the artist Etienne, who paints on the ground floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is breathtaking. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun over breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden, which features a pond and a BBQ area.

We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. In 20 minutes you can walk to the lake promenade of Lake Attersee with numerous restaurants, coffee shops, boat rentals, the Attersee Schifffahrt dock and the bathing areas. Thanks to its location, this house is ideal for both hikers and golfers (the Attersee golf course is 500 m away). Also for sailors, mountain hikers and excursionists. Children's playground in 100 m.

Our accommodation is in the peaceful countryside of St. Georgen im Attergau, just 4 km (5 minutes by car) from Lake Attersee and about 35 minutes from Salzburg. Hallstatt, Gosau, and St. Wolfgang are around 1 hour, perfect for hikes and day trips. This apartment is on the ground floor of the house and has its own private entrance . It has 2 rooms, each for up to 3 guests (max. 6). Ideal for families, couples, or friends. Note: no public transport nearby, arrival by car is recommended.**
