Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

Old Town Living Studio

This unique, cosy family studio is tucked away in the very heart of the historic centre of Český Krumlov. It is located on the ground floor of an authentic 16th-century house. The interior has been completely renovated, with a focus on detail, comfort and functionality. The standout feature of the studio is a spacious and exceptionally comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, which guarantees perfect rest after a day spent exploring the city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while they're away.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Lake vacation home

Welcome to Haidmühle! Here you can enjoy hiking, swimming, skiing, cross-country skiing and nature. The apartment is surrounded by the forests of the Bavarian and Bohemian forests on the edge of a small village. Stylishly renovated, it overlooks Lake Haidmühl, forests and mountains. The valley station of the local mountain, the Dreisessels, with its alpine pasture is almost right at your doorstep. The nearest towns are Jandelsbrunn, Altreichenau, Waldkirchen (25 min) and Passau (50 min).

At the Bavarian Forest National Park

Relax after an active day in the national park with the whole family in this rustic and cozy place to stay on the edge of the forest. Throughout the year, the nature of the Bavarian Forest invites you to explore it. Hiking trails are right at your doorstep. Extended tours are just as possible as Nordic walking, snowshoeing in winter, or easy walks. Look for mushrooms in the fall and enjoy the snow in the winter. Cross-country ski trails are on site when there is sufficient snow.

Nearby you can enjoy motorcycling, mountain biking, hours of hiking or horseback riding. Winter sports enthusiasts can cross-country skiing and skiing in Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic (also Junior Ski Circus). Quietly located with plenty to experience in the area.

This charming Bavarian retreat amidst quiet forests was renovated in 2023 and offers modern comfort in a rustic atmosphere. The loggia has a breathtaking view over the Dreisesselberg and the nearby swimming lake. Guests can relax here and immerse themselves in the beauty of nature. With a double bed and a recliner, it can accommodate up to three people and is ideal for small families or couples. We have a second apartment in the complex.
