If you’re looking for a lively central location, this may not be ideal: the apt is 5 km from the Bãi Cháy tourist area center and 12 km from Hạ Long city center, with limited nearby amenities and occasional short power cuts in the hot season. But if you value peace and fresh sea air, it’s a perfect choice: right by the coast, close to cruise ports, in a modern building with a pool, gym, spa, and restaurant (extra fee).
