Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. There is a private patio in a secluded courtyard in the middle of the lively neighborhood Linné where you have the city's best restaurants just around the corner. The area has a great cultural offer and very good communications with tram junction within 300 meters and 15-minute walk to the city center or Slottskogen. The apartment is newly built and has all the amenities you can expect, such as a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, double bed and sofa bed (both 160 cm).

Vakna upp till fågelkvitter, ta morgonrocken på och gå ner till sjön för att ta ett dopp. Ät frukost på verandan och planera en naturskön vandring eller en tur med vår kanot. Det finns gott om sjöar att gå runt eller fiska i. Blir det för lugnt är Göteborg bara 20 minuter bort med bil eller så tar du bussen, 5 min bort. Mölnlycke centrum ligger 5 km bort. Till Landvetter flygplats tar det 23 minuter att köra. Varmt välkommen!

Spacious and family friendly apartment within 10 minutes walk from Liseberg, Svenska Mässan, Scandinavium and Ullevi. With a lovely garden view from the balcony and a nice patio it's the perfect place for a stay in Gothenburg. In the apartment there is a double bed in the master bedroom as well as in the smaller bedroom, which makes it perfect for a family to stay. In the neighborhood there’s both free and payment parking, just outside of the flat the tram takes you to Avenyn in 5 minutes.
