On the 3rd and top floor of a building with an interior patio. Located on a peaceful square with fountain at the foot of the castle and its ramparts (view of a tower from the living room). Period spiral staircase. Free parking on the square. Less than 2 min walk: grocery store, bar, post office, hairdresser, pharmacy, doctors, etc. Within 10-15 min walk: bakery, train station, supermarket, florist, greenway, ponds. 15 min drive to Epinal, 35 min to Nancy, 45 min to Gérardmer.

The place was conceived as an intimate green bubble 5 minutes by car from the center of Epinal. The first house was built by Jesuit priests, then converted into a farmhouse and finally completely restored by the greatest craftsmen at the end of 20th century. In the forest hides La Chapelle du Coteau which offers a relaxing and unique stay. Offering garden views, this vacation home includes a large (unheated) pool, a bedroom with a rosette, a living room with a sofa bed, a TV (no WiFi), an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a beautiful bathtub. For added convenience, the property can provide towels (€5/person) and bed linen (€10/per bed) and the Jacuzzi on reservation (€20/2 hours).
