This home was perfect for our family! The host was extremely responsive and helpful, and the location was perfect, not too far from the main areas, and close to everything we wanted to see.

A beautifully presented home in a quiet neighbourhood. There are lovely bakeries and restaurants around. It’s about 20mins on the train to the real hustle and bustle of Tokyo which suited our young family. Thanks for letting us stay!

The place is super clean and put together. We really enjoyed the stay. The place was comfy and had a really nice interior design. The room on floor level was a cute touch to experience traditional Japanese style. Then going upstairs, there were 2 beds for more room and we liked having the ac upstairs since it was a bit toasty without it. It was a fun place to stay, I would stay here again!

这次东京之行选择入住御缘宿，真的是太满意了！屋内整洁温馨，布置细致，连床上用品都柔软舒适，睡得非常安心。浴室干净明亮，洗护用品、浴巾（一次性）都准备得很齐全，真的不用自己再带什么，非常方便👏 房间阳光充足，非常安静，入住当天我比预定时间早到了一些，房东非常贴心地提前帮我存放好行李，还细心地安置到了房间里，服务真的超出预期✨此外，房东也超级热情，不但信息回复飞快，还主动推荐了几家隐藏版的超美味小店，我们去吃了意面和居酒屋，真的好吃又有氛围🍝🍶 总之，无论是设施、服务还是氛围，御缘宿都让我觉得宾至如归🌿 如果下次再来东京，一定还会选择这里！

The home was peaceful, clean, and aesthetically appealing. All the amenities we needed were available, and the instructions on how to use the appliances were clear. It was tiring walking back to the house after a long day of touring, but the location is still great given that the area was not short of restaurants, groceries, and drugstores. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. They granted our request for early check-in and provided a storage for us to leave our luggages after check-out.

Yanapi is an amazing host. She has gone above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. The place is gorgeous and has everything you will need during your stay. It was also squeaky clean. Also you can’t beat the location. Don’t look for a stay elsewhere while visiting Kamakura.

Wir waren dankbar in diesem Juwel übernachten zu dürfen! Wir durften sogar früher einchecken was uns alle so sehr erleichtert hat, denn wir waren echt müde von der Anreise. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, sehr sauber, bequem und super aufgeteilt. Die Terrasse ist ein absolutes Highlight und die Größe für Tokio Verhältnisse einfach ein Traum. Wir waren sehr froh in einer ruhigen süßen Gegend zu übernachten und gleichzeitig schnell an die zentralen Orte zu kommen. Danke für die süßen Begrüßungsgeschenke und kalten Getränke. Der Gastgeber hat sich bei der Ankunft immer nach uns erkundigt und uns ein gutes Gefühl gegeben willkommen zu sein. Wir würden jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen !! <3

Super schöne Unterkunft. Auf der einen Seite ist ein kleiner Bach der fließt und auf der anderen Seite kann man den Mt Fuji wie auf den Bildern beschrieben perfekt sehen, wenn die Sicht gut ist. Einziger negativ Punkt: Die Check-In Zeit. Wenn man nach fujiyoshida fährt und wie wir auf Durchreise ist möchte man gerne bereits in der Mittagszeit sich zuhause einrichten, damit man dann voll durchstarten kann und sich die ganzen Sehenswürdigkeiten anschauen kann. Wir mussten dementsprechend unser ganzes Gepäck an der kawaguchiko Station kostenpflichtig parken und von dort aus selbst ein Fahrrad kostenpflichtig nutzen. Ab 16 Uhr ist die fahrradnutzung fast schon zu spät. Da wir am morgigen Tag direkt abgereist sind brauchten wir auch das kostenfreie Fahrrad vom Gastgeber nicht. Check out war um 10:00 und dies bat auch nicht großartig Spielraum um die Koffer dort zu lagern. Wir waren bereits um 6 Uhr ausgeheckt und mussten die Koffer dann wieder eigenständig unterbringen.

Kou San was a great host during my stay. He shared local recommendations ahead of time which was helpful. He also proactively checked in to ensure I have a great experience and was always responsive in a timely manner to my questions and requests. He also offered flexibility for my checked out time so I didn’t have to deal with the massy rainy weather on my last day. Thanks! The place is loaded in a quiet neighborhood and super close to two train stations to make getting around Tokyo easy. It is also within walking distance to the trendy Jiyugaoka area with many great coffee stores and bakeries, restaurants, boutiques and home goods stores and many more shopping options. It’s a cozy place for my Tokyo trip and I was happy with my choice and would consider to stay here again for my next trip.

We loved our two stays at Hide and Ayas . The flat had everything we needed and was pretty spacious by Tokyo standards. It was so well located in our favourite neighbourhood of Koenji . It was super easy to get to the station and so many great places to eat and vintage shopping galore . We would not hesitate to stay again !

We had an amazing stay here. Location is great, 5-6 min walk to train station, which is 4 stops away from Shibuya. Room has all the required amenities. We were traveling with a baby and Ko provided all the relevant baby stuff as well such as cot, stroller etc. The host is extremely helpful and responsive. Would surely recommend this place to others.

매우 만족한 도쿄 숙소였습니다. 4인가족 지내는데 방, 화장실 다 나눠져 있어 좋았고 스카이라이너 타고 오기 좋습니다. 매우 청결하고 3박이라 수건걱정을 했는데 매우 넉넉하게 수건을 제공해주었습니다. 또 온다면 머물고 싶어요!!

Stayed here for 2 weeks and had a great time. Check in and check out was extremely easy, and this apartment is very close to lots of great restaurants and a train station for easy transportation. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Staying at this hidden gem was an absolute treat. Pati, our wonderful host, made our first trip to Japan unforgettable by offering amazing recommendations for food, shopping, and travel. After much research on where to stay, discovering Koenji and Pati's place felt like finding gold at the end of the rainbow. The location was perfect for us, as we love to walk—stations were easily accessible by foot, and the Koenji shops were just a short stroll away. The space itself was perfect—spacious, full of natural light, with a lovely little balcony. The large dining table and open layout made it feel like a true home away from home. We stayed for 8 nights and it was ideal for a longer stay. Despite the cold weather and snow on the first night, the heating kept us warm and cozy. Hot tip: definitely rent a bike to explore Koenji and Tokyo—it’s a fantastic way to get around. Thank you again, Pati, for your kindness and hospitality. We can’t wait to return to our new favorite place in Tokyo! :)

Gimmicky. I want to get that out of the way right now. This property is capitalizing off of having an onsen nearby with traditional looking Japanese bedding and decor. That's what got me, and it might be what's getting you...I would say that's probably not worth it. The place itself is fine. The bedding is fine, but in the end I chose this place over other cheaper options for the novelty, I feel I could have gotten a little bit better value elsewhere, but still overall happy with what I got and what I paid. I used the onsen once during my two week stay. I really like onsens, but this one is small, busy, and I just wasn't a fan. Service was awesome. He spoke great English, and helped me bring my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room. Overall, despite starting out critical here, this place is really nice and I like the quiet area next to nice walking paths. Lastly, I wish the place had a small dining table and chairs. You basically have to eat at a small low table on the floor.

After a long day of traveling from city to city, it was very convenient for us to do a self check-in at Shunki’s Airbnb in the evening! The space was cozy and we felt comfortable for our last night in Tokyo! Also, the host was friendly and responsive. We recommend staying at this place!

For Tokyo, with this price, it's really a bang for your buck! Ventilation and window wasn't that great, but the place is spacious and comfortable. It got everything you need. What I like is the shared room where you can cook, wash or even talk with other guests. The access is 24/7 using lock pin. Min also provides a personal coffee set for his guests to brew coffee, mmm.. nice!! Just beware that the toilet doesn't have bidet. Overall it was a nice experience! The location also walkable to metro and bus. Min is also very supportive host! He replied blazingly fast in case of problem! During check-in, Min waited in front of the place to guide us. He also offers free drink in his coffee shop, sadly we missed it because of our busy schedule :( I would definitely come again if I visit Asakusa in the future.

Our stay here was great! The place was extremely clean and the host is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are also nice and convenient for travelers. Instructions are clear and check-in/out was easy! The location also has easy access to the JR Yamanote line which was great for our travel plans! We enjoyed our stay at Triphome Sugamo! :)
