Limestone wing among roses and jasmine

"Annexet" is a charming accommodation on two floors that has most of what you need for a relaxing vacation. From the living room, you can step directly out into the lush garden with roses, jasmine, lavender, etc. Breakfast in the green with birds chirping, barbecue evenings in the sunset or just sitting under the big chestnut tree with a good book. If there is a rain shower, there is a "greenhouse roof" to shelter under. Or why not play boule on the court that's there? If you feel like swimming, it's close to a string of sandy beaches.

Welcome to this pleasant apartment of about 75 sqm with an open floor plan on the lower floor of the old school in Eksta, built in the late 1800s. The apartment has previously served both as a caretaker's residence and a holiday home when the school was in use. The school building also houses art studios and a hall library. On the upper floor, there is another apartment. You have access to a large garden with garden furniture, hammock and barbecue. You have your own entrance and toilet, but the shower is shared with another tenant.

A smaller kitchen area that is fully equipped and a bedroom with two beds in a bunk bed. The upper floor has a double bed with the possibility of an extra bed. The house is located privately with a 10-minute beautiful walk down to Djupvik's beach, ice cream and restaurant. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6-8. Morning and evening sun on different sides of the house. Hammocks in the edge of the forest. There is a guest house on the property that can also be rented. It has 5 beds and its own ad here on AirBnB. You can purchase cleaning for SEK 1,500. Otherwise, you clean up yourself on departure.

Beautiful limestone house on southern Gotland

Fride är en typisk gotlandsgård från 1700-talet. Huset är omsorgsfullt renoverat med många charmiga detaljer som kakelugn eller öppen spis i alla rum, två härliga badrum med bad och dusch. I köket finns matplats. På nedre våningen finns matsal och spelrum. Trädgården är stor med gamla vårdträd, stor terass med matbord och grill, pizzaugn, lekstuga, gungor och studsmatta. Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. En traditionell gotlandsgård vid havet, ensam belägen ytterst på udden. Utsikt ifrån fönstren ut över hav och strandängar. Granne med ett naturreservat med många olika fåglar, fantastiskt för fågelskådning! Havet ligger bara några steg bort, vandra genom ängarna med vilda blommor, den långa stranden med orörd mjuk sand, sträcker sig en km. Omgivningarna, ljuset, himlen – speciellt stjärnorna på natten- ”Vintergatan”.
