Resorts are great, but sometimes you just want a space entirely to yourselves. Here, there are no shared pools or crowded dining rooms. Your parents can enjoy quiet mornings in the garden, the kids can splash in the pool, and you can finally sit back and relax. We know planning a trip for mixed-age groups can be tiring, so we built this house to make things as easy and comfortable as possible.

• 3-Minute Walk to Cua Dai Beach: Soft sands and calm waves, easy for elderly guests and kids.
• 10-Minute Drive to Ancient Town: Close enough to enjoy the lanterns, far enough to escape the tourist noise.
• 5 Minutes to Cua Dai Port: Easy access for Cu Lao Cham day trips.
🏡 II. Spaces Designed for Every Generation
Our layout offers both family time and private space. We have 5 King-sized beds across 4 ensuite bedrooms. (Cribs and baby basics are always available upon request).
🛏️ The Rooms:
🌴 Suite 1 (Ground Floor, 25 sqm): No stairs. We usually suggest this one for grandparents or anyone who finds steps difficult.
🌴 Suite 2 (Balcony Room, 30 sqm): A breezy, cozy room for a couple to recharge.
🌴 Suite 3 (Riverview Room, 45 sqm): Our most spacious room with a private hot tub and river views. Very relaxing for couples.
🌴 Suite 4 (Family Room, 45 sqm): Two King beds in one room. Fits up to 4 adults and 2 kids comfortably without feeling crowded.
✨ III. Our Approach to Cleanliness
We know hygiene is a big deal, especially for families with young kids. Across our villas, we use a simple color-coded cleaning system to make sure things never get mixed up. It’s a small detail, but we care about it deeply:
🟩 Green towel: Mouthwash cups & glasswares.
🩶 Gray towel: Bathroom & toilet sanitization.
🟧 Orange towel: Kitchen counters & appliances.
🟫 Brown towel: Cookware & dining sets.
🛎️ IV. Things We Can Arrange for You
These aren't included in the room rate, but we’re happy to help set them up. Just let us know in advance!
👨🍳 Private Chef: A local cook prepares honest, authentic Hoi An food (Cao Lau, dumplings, fresh seafood) right at the villa. Much easier than taking a big family out to a restaurant. (Please book 24 hours ahead).
🔥 Garden Bonfire: A simple, cozy setup with a fire pit to roast sweet potatoes and marshmallows. The kids usually love this. (Please book 12 hours ahead).
🚗 Airport Transfer & Driver: We work with trusted local drivers for stress-free pickups or day trips.
🍳 Breakfast: A warm, simple, freshly made meal to start your day without rushing out.
🧺 Daily Care: We provide daily housekeeping and a washer/dryer (detergent included) so you don't have to worry about chores.

We are a small, fully licensed local operation with just 3 villas. We’ll give you plenty of privacy, but we’re always just a message away if you need a baby cot, a restaurant recommendation, or a cake for a special day.

★ A minibar is available at the villa, and charges will apply only if used.
