The space
A bright, peaceful self-contained granny flat overlooking a private garden with views of the Tamar River. Quiet and rural, with a private entrance and everything you need for a comfortable stay and unwind. The owner’s sculpture studio is next door and visits can be arranged.

Guest access
The garden and porch immediately in front of the flat is for guests enjoyment but note that this area is visible from the adjoining sculpture studio. The main house’s deck is out of bounds.

Other things to note
Check-in is from 3pm, but if the house is ready earlier, early check-in from 12pm may be available for a $25 fee. Please let us know in advance if you’re interested.

Evenfall Winery & Restaurant is within walking distance at the end of the street, as is Utzinger winery.
