The space
Opened in April 2025, We promise this is no ordinary accommodation, our studio is architecturally designed with a modern vintage inspired interior. Totally relax in the claw foot outdoor hot tub or step into our designer bathroom and enjoy the monsoon rain water shower and feel the tension in your muscles instantly melt away, complemented by our luxurious homemade bathroom product range.
Ducted air conditioning and double glazed windows ensure you optimum comfort. Enjoy your breakfast on our beautiful Jarrah deck with uninterrupted views for a true nature immersion. You will adore our beautifully designed kitchen and living area complete with unique vintage touches mixed with modern luxury.
We are located on WA’s most prestigious ‘Caves Rd’ in the heart of the Margaret River wine region. Our studio is built on a 10 acre property only 6 km from town & 4km from the beach.
You are going to love your time here at ‘Naturaliste On Caves’ rd, it offers a peaceful retreat, but remains conveniently close to town, the river, Cape to Cape track, and beautiful beaches perfect for swimming, sunbathing, surfing, or enjoying a picnic whilst watching some of the world's most spectacular sunsets.
The Margaret River tourist region is known for its craft breweries, local artists, boutique shops, and world-renowned wineries. Not to mention the stunning beaches and thrilling surf breaks, coupled with the rare opportunity to witness the majestic migrating whales that travel through from June to November. Other natural wonders include the breathtaking limestone caves, mountain bike trails through the native forests, cape to cape coastal track.
Enjoy a short 40-minute drive from the closest airport at Busselton, situated on the southwest tip of Western Australia or 3 hour drive from the City of Perth.

Other things to note
Naturaliste On Caves sits on a large 10 acre property. The studio is built onto the end of the owners house, but once you reach the accommodation dwelling you will have full privacy and uninterrupted views to the north. The studio has been built with double glazed windows and extra insulation, and we will make sure you will always have your privacy.
To enhance your stay, we offer a curated list of local dining and activity recommendations and are happy to provide additional suggestions upon request. We are dedicated to environmental sustainability and use only natural and organic cleaning and bathroom products.

Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Guests are not permitted to enter their land hosts' private residence or garden. Please stay within the Studio grounds as it is a working farm. Please respect your host's privacy and other neighbouring properties in the area.
- Maximum of 2 cars: We will allow a maximum of two vehicles on the property.
- No children please: for safety reasons and use of farming equipment on the property.
No pets. 10km/hr driving speed when on the property.
- We would like to advise guests that later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Adults only retreat
- Vodafone, 2degrees, and Spark have no signal
- Optus has good signal, while Telstra has a weak signal.

Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the studio in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.
