Where I went to school: Southern Highlands
My work: Infrastructure Eng
Sydney inner-city local with a serious country streak. I split my time between managing property infrastructure and running a beef farming operation. I’m a bit of a stickler for detail, a lover of traditional Greek food, and a firm believer that travel should be seamless. If you value a spotless, well-run space and a host who respects your privacy but is always there if you need a tip, you’re in the right place.
