Brand new and thoughtfully designed, this stylish two-bedroom guesthouse combines contemporary luxury with relaxed Sunshine Coast living.
Positioned on a north-east facing corner block directly opposite the Golden Beach foreshore, it’s the perfect escape for couples, friends or a small family looking for a beautifully appointed stay close to the water.
Inside, the guesthouse is fresh, light-filled and finished to a high standard. Terrazzo tiled flooring flows throughout the space, complemented by beautiful marble benchtops, quality finishes and designer Bosch appliances.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a brand-new Bosch oven, dishwasher and modern appliances, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before the beach to a relaxed dinner at home. A washing machine and dryer are also provided for your convenience.
Multiple split-system air conditioners throughout the guesthouse ensure you can stay cool and comfortable during the warmer Sunshine Coast months.
The guesthouse features two beautifully presented bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1 – Queen bed
• Bedroom 2 – Double bed
One of the highlights of your stay is access to the beautiful private sparkling swimming pool and Alpine Helsinki infrared sauna - perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach or enjoying a little extra relaxation during your getaway.
Returning from a swim or morning on the water? Make use of the convenient outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before heading inside.
Guests also have a dedicated car space positioned securely behind the property’s security gate, providing added convenience throughout your stay.
We also have 2 bikes that are you welcome to use to explore the local scenery and plenty of board games for family fun time.

For an easy arrival, self check-in is available via a secure lockbox at the property. Your unique access code and arrival instructions will be provided through the Airbnb Arrival Guide 48 hours before check-in.
