The space
As you enter the property, you're welcomed into a cosy downstairs living area, creating a private retreat for guests. Located off this space is the first bedroom, complete with a built-in wardrobe. Upstairs, you'll find the main open-plan living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, modern bathroom, and a spacious master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe. An additional sofa bed provides flexible accommodation for an extra guest.

Step outside and discover the standout feature of the property – a generous backyard designed for entertaining and relaxation. Enjoy a BBQ with family and friends, unwind in the outdoor lounge, or simply soak up the Sunshine Coast lifestyle.

Guest access
The entire home is yours to enjoy including off street parking for 2 cars directly in front of the property.

Self-check in is available via secure lockbox at the property. Your unique access code will be provided via the Airbnb Arrival guide 48 hours prior to your arrival for security purposes.

Check in: From 3:00 pm onwards
Check out: By 10:00 am

We do our best to accommodate early check-ins where possible. If an earlier check-in becomes available, we will notify you on the day of your arrival.

Late check-out may be possible depending on availability.

Other things to note
We kindly request that all guests respect quiet hours after 10PM to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

This home is designed for relaxations and family enjoyment and is not suitable for parties or excessive noise.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.

Infants are welcome, however Airbnb does not include them in guest numbers, extra linen is not provided. We kindly ask that you bring your own if required.

Our cleaning fee covers a standard cleaning service, any additional cleaning service will incur extra changes upon departure.

If you are bringing your furry friend, please take note that only the front area of the house is fenced. The back area is open with direct access to the canal so guess can enjoy the beautiful water view on offer .
