The fully fenced yard is perfect for kids.

Upstairs, you’ll find three beautiful bedrooms with ducted AC, two boasting stunning ocean views, providing the perfect setting to wake up to the sound of waves.

The highlight of the house is the expansive rooftop terrace, offering sea views—an ideal spot to sip your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine as the sun sets.
