I stayed because I wanted to take a day off after the 2025 Saemangeum Marathon. This place feels like staying in a clean friend's house. We are suitable for 3-4 people to stay. There are convenience stores and franchise restaurants in the apartment complex, and parking was not inconvenient.

Gyu Hyeong's place was amazing! The location was great — about a 5-10 minute walk to the streets filled with pubs and restaurants so they're within reach but the house itself was quiet. The place was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, we all slept really well! Gyu Hyeong was also really kind and let us drop off our bags outside (there's a CCTV so no worries about safety) before and after our stipulated check-in and check-out times so we could enjoy the city without having to lug our bags around. Will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Jeonju!

I went with my family, and the whole family was satisfied. It was a clean and suitable distance to go to Seonyudo, so it was a suitable accommodation for a trip to Gunsan ^ ^ I'm 100% willing to visit on my next trip!

It matches the photo and description I chose it because it was a family trip with a 20-month-old baby, but it was clean, and it was comfortable and nice to have a baby couch, highchair, toys, etc. There was grass on the terrace and in the yard, so the baby loved it. It rained on the day of check-in, so I couldn't play outside, but I played with the baby for a while before checkout, and he liked it. I recommend it

The living room was spacious and sunny, so I felt good all day, and thanks to the large sofa and cute single-person chair, I was able to relax and watch TV. In particular, the interior with the ceiling lights and plants were so sensible! The large window behind the curtain was perfect for the outside view. The whole place was very clean, and the thoughtful props made me feel good throughout my stay. All basic appliances such as air conditioners and fans worked well, and I could feel the owner's consideration in every little detail. The capsule coffee, bottled water, and bowl noodles you prepared were also great for breakfast. If I come to the area again next time, I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was a really healing time thanks to the warm and thoughtful space. Thank you for a great stay!

It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I rested really well. I liked that there were two bathrooms. Everything was pleasant and nice, including the kitchen facilities and living room.

It was quite spacious, so it was good to use the two family members. I went on a bad day and thought I would be in the yard tent in the picture, but it wasn't a tent that was always there ^ ^; Still, I was able to barbecue in a place that wasn't raining. There were children's books in moderation, and there were tents throughout the house, so the children played well. The communication was quick and good.
