If you are looking for a place with all conveniences, a wellness spa feel and superquiet nights, despites sleeping only a 5 minute walk from the Agiothopes beach: don.t look any further. You found a place where you can enjoy and relax some peacefull days, choosing either the pool or discovering cute little beaches surrounding the bay like a jweled necklage; some pebbled, some perfect for sunset and swimming, all with a delicious seabreeze and lazy shade. Within the jewelbox of Poseidonia you'll also find calm restaurants like the Perroquet Tranquille and taverna's around the corner, to discover with gourmandise for joy and taste. and the bay,s best Bakery patissier in Finikas. Do not even try the little choclate cakes, if you're hesitant to stay; because these will win you over forever. The owners are gentle helpfull calm people, that make you feel at ease like the Poseidonia breeze.

The house and location are gorgeous! Private beach is amazing, Dimitris is a great host and Chara came every day and left everything spotless! Can’t come up with a single even little complaint- the perfect vacation spot!

We had a great time in a wonderful house. It is very privately located. Another house is located above it on the slope - but this was not occupied at the time of our trip. We traveled with six people and had a total of four double rooms and three bathrooms available. One of them is on the first floor. On the first floor, the layout is extremely spacious with a very well-equipped and functional kitchen. The house has a magnificent terrace, a wonderful garden and a magnificent swimming pool. It was pleasantly fresh, but not too cold. Everything makes a very neat and sparkling clean impression. We were in constant contact with the landlady and she always responded very helpfully to any questions within minutes. There are beautiful beaches nearby and good restaurants to discover on the island. Here, too, the tips were really valuable. Ideally, you need a rental car. In short, really great!

Just an amazing air B&B experience! All beginning with Ιωάννας prompt & accurate communication & a very warm greeting in person (& Pet Dog - A beautiful German Shepard) The accommodation was exactly as described, but the outdoor entertaining area was absolutely amazing, with great views, space & privacy. Only a 1 min walk to Mega Gialos beach & local cafe where I spent most of my time. Other restaurants, bars & beaches are only minutes away by car or bike & I highly recommend hiring one to maximise your Syros experience! A little Mini Market is directly next door which made it handy, but Ιωάννα also provided a cool welcome pack! Highly recommend this Air B&B to anyone who is after a quiet, relaxing experience with increased vibe only a stones throw away! I will be back 💙🤍 Syros

My family and I had a truly wonderful stay at Arthur’s house. The outdoor patios are perfect for any time of the day—whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just drinks. We always found the ideal spot to relax, enjoy the view, and soak in the atmosphere. The house is spacious and has a quaint, pleasant charm that exceeded our expectations. The pictures (as of August 2024) don’t quite capture just how special this place is. We also loved the warm hospitality of the kind person who came every morning to care for the house and prepared a delicious Greek coffee. It was a great experience, and we would be very happy to return to Syros and stay at Arthur’s house again.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Perivolli, the villa is perfect for a big family vacation. The rooms & bathrooms were very clean and spacious with a lot of privacy for each couple. The villa is well equipped and had a lot of amenities. The pool is a great size and we had a lovely time sitting by it and playing games in the pool. We spent a lot of time on the veranda in the evening and didn’t have any issues with mosquitos. The grounds of the villa are lovely to walk around with beautiful lemon tress and orange tress that we could help ourselves to. We enjoyed some fresh juices most mornings. We could also help ourself to fresh grown produce also grown on the grounds which was really nice for some of our home cooked meals Natalia was an amazing host with a lot of knowledge about the island and restaurants. We found this very helpful and enjoyed some amazing meals out. Natalia was super happy to help us and was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is spacious enough for two families and allows privacy. It is child-proof for a 2-year-old, which is a major advantage. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked. It has magnificent views that we enjoyed from many different places in the house. It is very close to Ag. Marina beach which works well for young children. The beach is sheltered from winds. The taverna on the beach is also very nice. Nikos is a great host, responsive and very helpful.

Beautiful home and we felt really at home ! Our family loved it and the location is perfect !
