We enjoyed our stay at Timothy’s. It was a great location for us, convenient to all the in town neighborhoods. The photos are very accurate and the place was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Getting into the parking area is not so difficult unless you are driving a large suv. Still we decided to park in the street (plenty of spaces) and didn’t have any issues. Timothy is very responsive and checks in periodically to make sure everything is ok.

Dawn’s place was bright and clean, and her meeting us at the door and showing us the space made us feel welcome. She took extra good care of our dog too!

We had a nice one night stay on our way through. It’s a great location and the house was nice!

Ms. Carla was a great host she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her apartment is exactly as described it was so beautiful. The kids loved the movie theatre. We had to stay here as our home was under construction and it was our home away from home. She was an amazing host and I would come back. I can not express enough how thankful I am for Ms. Carla.

Very responsive host. Very flexible with check In time as we were arriving from out of town earlier than the usual check in time. They were very accommodating and I sincerely enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. Definitely would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Sandy Springs, Georgia. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive—making check-in seamless and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The rental itself was exactly as pictured online—thoughtfully designed, perfectly apportioned, and extremely comfortable. Every detail made us feel right at home. The location was equally impressive. Nestled in a cozy, quiet neighborhood, the property offered both peace and easy access to everything we wanted to do in Sandy Springs. Restaurants, shops, and local attractions were all just minutes away, making it an ideal home base for our weekend getaway. We highly recommend this stay and would gladly return!

It was a very homey place. It was refreshing to not stay at a hotel, and just feel at peace. The host was phenomenal. He met us when we arrived. Helped us with our luggage. They provided some creature comforts for us - beverages, some shelf stable food items. Very comfortable stay. Also I would like to say that I met their dog and he’s so delicious.

Maria was a lovely host! The place is very private, clean, very comfortable and the location is wonderful. Very green, lush, lovely location for walking. Nearby restaurants and playground!

We extended our stay because of the convenience and how great Martha was. She would leave us goodies as well as tell us about local places and restaurants. I will most certainly book with Martha again soon. 😊

I stayed at Camille's place for one week while in Duluth for work, and my stay was wonderful. Located on an extremely quiet street in a peaceful neighborhood, not far from I-85 and minutes for the Gas South Convention Center and Arena. Parking is in the driveway. After entering through the digitally locked garage, the unit has a private entrance within the garage. The unit is the lower level of a three-story house, and is as spacious as the depicted in the pictures and everything was spotlessly clean. The bed and linen were very comfortable. While I didn't watch any TV, the internet was very fast and suitable for streaming media. Communication with Camille was excellent. Her replies were extremely fast and she cares about her guest's comfort. If you're looking for accommodation in the Duluth area, I would highly recommend Camille's place. So much so, I'll be returning for another stay!

Paula‘s place is exceptionally nice, very clean and very accommodating. There was nothing we needed doing our stay that she had not provided. The place felt just like home. When we informed Paula that we would be checking in late, she took extra care to light up the place so that we could see. She also made an exception to the way that she leaves the key so that we would not struggle to get in. She had coffee, tea and snacks available for us. I make regular visits to the Atlanta and I hope Paula’s place is available for future visits.

Tisharie’s place was peaceful and perfect. It was definitely a home away from home and we’d definitely chose to stay here if we’re ever out this way again.

This was my second stay at Victoria and Ryan's place and I remember why I was pleased with this accommodation. They have added some things to the place since my first stay. They have added a shower shelf for storage and shampoo, conditioner, & body wash dispenser in the shower as well. They have also provided quick little meals, drinks, and snacks in the coffee bar (oatmeal, ramen, mac and cheese, Gatorade, etc). they also provided me with plates which I used for the food I brought for my stay. This was a great stay again and I will remember this place for future trips to the area.

Keon's place far exceeded our expectations. We felt completely at ease throughout our stay. The home was spotless and matched the photos perfectly. Keon was incredibly responsive and helpful, both during check-in and when addressing any concerns. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

An amazing home for an amazing price! Super comfortable, very clean, very pretty, very neat. My family and I loved it. The small touches like the floss in the bathroom and the shower caps made it feel like home!

Great people. Great place. I’ve traveled all around the world and stayed in many hotels and airbnbs and I must say this place and the service rivals them all. I will definitely be staying again.

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay in Carleen’s AirB&B on Burnt Hickory Drive. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and make ourselves at home. There is a full kitchen with washer/dryer, large bathroom and closet, living room with TV and parking in the rear of the house, which backs up to woods, so it is really quiet. I think that was our favorite thing, the peace and serenity that comes from being in a quiet neighborhood and near the woods. The kitchen is adequately stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc., we only needed to buy our food for the week. This place really met our needs and we would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking to spend time in north Georgia and have some peace and quiet. Great job, Carleen.
