THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN A SMALL EXTREMELY QUIET HAMLET 1H30 FROM TOULOUSE AND 5 MINUTES FROM OUST AND SEIX WHERE YOU WILL FIND ALL SHOPS. This accommodation is perfect for families (with children) and large groups.

Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

The cottage is 12 minutes from St Girons and its shops located on the edge of a rural hamlet Cap d'Erp, with fabulous views of the virgin forests, valley, hills and mountains. With the Col d'Ayens 2 km walk or 3 km drive away, it's a dream starting point for hikers, trailers and mountain bikers.
