Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Güzelçamlı

This was such a great house with a perfect host! We have stayed there as two families and Erini helped us with all our needs from child-proofing the house to sleeping arrangements. She was very friendly, very helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. House has a big garden and a nice beach just outside. It has all the amenities you can ask for. It’s a newly renovated house with a clean interior. I would strongly recommend it for everyone, especially to families.

It was a house with a great 180 degree view. Especially the terrace on the top floor was spectacular. There is no other structure on the same level as you. There are views on each floor. Overall, it was a quiet neighborhood. The roads are a little bad because it's a relatively new residential neighborhood, but it wasn't a big deal for us. Since it is an uphill area, it may be a bit of a problem without a car. There are large chain markets 10 minutes away. The house is built as a twin villa, the host lives right next door. Although it is usually a situation that is thought to be a problem, this is not a problem, they are very sweet people :) The host has very clear communication.

A very comfortable home with a lovely garden to relax in. It was a great base for visiting Ephesus. The property is within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions in Seljuk.

Apartment perfectly corresponding to the description, very nice, clean, very very well equipped (pherhaps one of the most well equipped we found). Host very nice and friendly. Position and view good, walking distance (about 15 min) to the center, parking not so easy but not impossible. All perfect!

Despite arriving by car on an incredibly busy Sunday afternoon in Sirince, a tiny historic village with steeply narrow cobblestone streets, with Süleyman’s assistance we managed to navigate our way through the crowded throng of visitors to his remarkable location. Nearby we spent time at the brilliant Ephesus and adjacent museum as well as having a great seafood lunch on the coast about an hour away after hearing about this special possibility from Süleyman. All in all a very different and interesting few days.

If you want a great stay, you can choose this place! Everything was very nice, Ms. Eser and Ms. İpek responded to our questions quickly and hosted very well. The place was quite clean and tidy. The house is within walking distance to supermarkets, cafes and the sea. Everything is thought out in the house and very well organized, tidy.. Thank you so much for everything, we would like to stay here again if we come back.

The stay at Marilys Studio was very pleasant. She and her son Orfeas were super friendly, generous and kind and made the stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The studio is centrally located in the town of Vathy and close to many restaurants at the port. The view from in front of the door is astonishing. Ioannis was a considerate host. He responded quickly when I had questions and left a fruit basket and wine to enjoy. The house is small but well organized and comfortable. The bed is comfortable (a bit on the hard side but that is my preference). It is easy to walk everywhere in and around the village. I would return.

Stamatia was very helpful with entering the apartment, we were very pleased. The location of the house is very good, very close to shopping places, restaurants and beaches. There is everything necessary inside the house, clean and decorative, there is a large balcony with sea view. The balcony is very useful for breakfast and dinner, we felt very comfortableI in the flat. when we come to the island again, we would like to stay at this house and recommend it to other visitors.

We had a wonderful stay st Despina’s House. The position was perfect, with expansive views of the harbour and the hills around Vathi. Would certainly come again.

SeaView, was amazing, traditional style, nicely renovated apartment. The view was so very special. The 2 min walk to the beach was easy and perfect. There are lovely taverns to eat, my fav was the family tavern. Best beach bar Noya to relax on comfy chairs and listen to nice music. Best of all Chris was very responsive and left us beautiful home made and grown treats like marmalade, cherry tomatoes, figs and olives along with some lovely bread.

I greatly recommend everyone to come here, really clean, perfect location, all the commodities needed, responsive and helpful host. You will have a great time here !

There are more surprises in the room than a great ew.ihtiyac. There are more surprises in the room than you can think of. He is a good ew owner. We would definitely like to visit again.

Lovely place! Super close to the airport, but you're actually not bothered by it. It was nice to see the planes arrive from your own bed on the beach in front of the door. How luxurious to be able to walk into the sea in the morning from your stay! Car is recommended, restaurants not far away but very dark in the evening. I just found it better to catch the car.

Stella was very helpful, gave me all the information I needed and communication went smoothly. Welcome gifts were waiting for me in the studio. The view from the studio is fantastic, the location is quiet and yet only a few minutes away from a restaurant, a small store and hiking trails. The sea is on the doorstep. I would come here again in a heartbeat. Thank you very much!

Very nice experience starting from check-in till the checkout. Very pleasent host always available for questions or even casual chat. Location is i think the best it could be in Kokkari. Walking distance to everything, restaurants, shops, beaches. Parking available right behind the building. The apartment was very clean. The ammenietes are in great condition. We enjoyed our stay in Kokkari. i would definetely recommend this place.

First of all the host is great, responsive, friendly. The house is more than as it is described. Very clean, tidy, central area, lots of offerings, snacks, drinks. The Parking lot is also very important that this hous offers. Hardly to find a parking space in the narrow roads. You may walk down the city center in minutes. For sum up, it is more than it's worth. Beyond expectations.

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

The location of the apartment is great. We just walked 5 minutes from the ferry. We didn’t even need to rent a car, it was so central you are in the middle of the city. The sea view is amazing as well. The beaches were 1 minute walk. Overall amazing apartment and host. Sylvia was the best host, she’s very sweet and kind. She even left some drinks and fruit for us in the fridge. I recommend everyone Sylvia’s apartment.

Manolis provided a wonderful apartment & excellent communication. I highly recommend this combo! Parking your vehicle just outside of the port is smart. It’s tight to get your vehicle nearby.

You can't find anything closer and easier from the airport. You go out, cross the parking lot, walk 50 m and you find all the car rental parking lots. I recommend MANOS (1st parking lot), a nice, quick welcome. 20 m further on, you will find a path with a "Stefano Home" sign and at the end a large house with several apartments. Ours is on the ground floor. The keys were on the door, the place was spotless. Breakfast was waiting in the fridge and a welcome gift on the table (honey and wine). Everything is tiled. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Impeccable towels and bedding. Washing machine. Cleaning products available. Airco in living room and efficient and quiet room. 2 terraces, table, chairs and necessities for hanging laundry. Everything you need in the kitchen (perco, toaster, electric kettle, large fridge with freezer). Maria lives right next door. She is very kind, responsive (message on the site) and speaks English.

Nice stay with family in the house in Psili Amos. It was nice and quiet near a sandy beach. Katerina helped us very well and always right away! Friendly people in the neighborhood. Very much enjoyed!
