Monthly Rentals in Guthrie

Property was exactly as posted. We had no trouble finding the property or gaining entry with the given code. Everything was clean, light and bright. Host communicated often and responded to questions very quickly. Neighborhood was attractive and quiet. We enjoyed our Tennessee holiday!

Our stay in Kim's barn was an all-round success and we felt very comfortable from the first moment. The accommodation is located in a wonderfully quiet environment, just outside the city, so you can relax wonderfully. The barn is modern and cosy. A real highlight for us was also the small farm on the property.!

This was the perfect private location for my fiancé and I to spend a few days together while I was visiting him. I particularly loved spending time cooking in the kitchen, as they had almost everything I needed to make several delicious meals. Overall it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

We have military family there. This was the perfect place to stay for visit! Everything you need is there and excellent price! We enjoyed our stay!!
