The house is located on the same property as the landlord's villa but is separate with its own plot including terrace, lawn and its own driveway with car parking. The house is well equipped with, among other things, floor heating in all rooms, fully tiled bathroom, spacious kitchen with room for guests. There are 4 sleeping places with a double bed and double sofa bed. Plenty of storage spaces.
