The house is located on the same property as the landlord's villa but secluded with its own plot including terrace, lawn and private driveway with car parking. The house is well-equipped with, among other things, floor heating in all rooms, a fully-tiled bathroom, spacious kitchen with room for guests. There are 4 beds with a double bed and a double sofa bed. Plenty of storage space.

Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Nice apartment in Nacka

Newly built apartment (2024) adjacent to our house, but you live completely separately with your own entrance. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a kitchen/living room, a hallway and a bathroom. We can also arrange an extra bed in the living room. There are several swimming spots and natural areas nearby. Parking can often be arranged right by the house, but otherwise there is free parking on the street. The bus to Stockholm city/Slussen takes about 20 minutes.
