Waterfront House with panoramic seaview

Large seafront property facing south on Värmdö (35 min from Stockholm) with panoramic sea views and a shoreline of about 100 m. There are two houses, a main building (190 sqm) and guest house (40 sqm), both of which are located 30 meters from the water, where the own jetty is located. There you can sit in a hanging chair on one of the terraces and enjoy the incomparably beautiful view. This is an optimum place for families, friends or company meetings in the best area of Stockholm archipelago.

Välutrustat och charmigt hus i nyrenoverat skick med kommunalt VA (vattentoalett och dusch). Egen brygga med uteplats vid vattnet och sandstrand. Altan i sydvästläge med sjöutsikt och härlig kvällssol för mysiga middagar och sena utekvällar. Egen bastu och 3st kajaker ligger på sandstranden . Huset finns på en ö utan landförbindelse, båt för överfärd ingår i hyrpriset (metalleka med lätthanterlig elmotor och åror). Båtplats och p-plats finns vid Aspviks brygga, ca 300m vattenvägen från huset.

Hus vid havet lugn hästgård m padelbana nära buss

Huset med alla bekvämligheter ligger på en stor och ostörd hästgård med egen brygga nära buss till Sthlm. Huset är passande för fyra personer. En person får då sova i en bekväm bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet (dörr att stänga om sig finns). Sovdelen ligger på övre plan där en vägg skiljer dubbelsängen från en enkelsäng, så det är som två sovrum. Dubbelsängen kan säras på till enkelsängar. Nybäddade sängar och handdukar. Två toaletter finns med dusch, bastu o tvättmaskin. TV-rum soffa och Apple TV.
