This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Rymligt hus med pool (uppvärmd från juni), vedeldad bastu och badtunna, uterum och sjöutsikt. Sjön nedför huset har fina klippor och hopptorn. Fem sovrum med fyra dubbelsängar, en 120 cm säng, bäddsoffa i vardagsrum. Litet hus med fyra sängar, stargazetält 19 kvm med fem sängar. Welcome to this two bedroom + bathroom cottage facing a stunning southerly view over the archipelago of Stockholm, and with a private jetty for swimming and relaxing. Attached mountainbikes/bikes, kajaks, sauna and hottub are for guest disposal. Suitable for couples or the small family to enjoy a relaxing stay at the port of Stockholm, with nature at your doorstep. Private sitting area outside cottage, with fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue possibilities and view over the ocean.

Mysigt litet hus, sjöutsikt och skogstomt, Värmdö

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

Only 40km from Stockholm Centre (bus goes 3-4times/day i both directions) Horse farm 4km. Hemmesta Centrum 10min with a car.

Adorable little guesthouse close to sea and hiking

A guest house with 4 beds in Saltsjöbaden. Dogs are welcome! Close to the sea, Baggensfjärden, and with a natural reserve behind the house. Yet it is only a 30 minutes train ride from central Stockholm or 20 min by car. If you take the train, it will be a 20 minutes walk from the train station. There is a wonderful forest just behind the cabin with numerous trails for hiking. The sea is 2 minutes away with a little dock and cliffs from where you could swim

Small house with sauna and a breathtaking view

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Watch sea eagles sail over the sea. The house is completely newly built in a modern design and is fully completed in 2024. The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.

Island cottage close to city center

There are two small cottages at the waterfront with a view over Askrikebay. You rent them bouth. Here you will find a pir, porch and sauna There are two kayaks for rent. You also have access to Stockholm City and Bogesund nature reserve by local ferry. There is a good restaurant close by at the Island.

Skärgårdsidyll med någon minuts promenad till bad
