All by itself, at the far end of our property, stands our little cottage in a forest clearing. It's calm and quiet here. Nothing but nature, and just a stone’s throw away is a warm swimming lake. The whole area is traversed by lovely walking paths and it is just under one km down to the bay. Herrbret, which we call the cottage, has a lovely deck in a sunny position in the front. Everything is fresh and newly built in the old-style but with modern standards and equipment. The cottage is intended as a nice relaxing oasis for two people in the vicinity of nature

Welcome to this elegantly renovated, bright 3-bedroom apartment with a central location near the forest, golf course, swimming lake, as well as Gustavsberg's bathhouse and shopping area. 25 minutes to Stockholm. From the balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the forest. Here there is room to eat all your meals and enjoy the sun in the best south/southwest location. Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Cozy little house, lake view and forest plot, Värmdö

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Apartment in the archipelago

20 sqm apartment in scenic area, close to the sea and nature. You have a small patio to use, 3 minutes to the beach & sea. A lovely walk along the water or through the forest, the area also offers popular bike paths. Parking is included. Close to Gustavsberg where you will find cafés, restaurants, shopping and activities. The apartment has a 160 cm double bed, dining area, kitchen, TV & a sofa bed. Bathroom with washing machine. Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

Accommodation with a fantastic location by the sea, only 10 metres from the water. Overlooking the Stockholm inlet, you can see boats and ships passing by outside the house, which has a terrace facing the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from central Stockholm and is separate from the main building where we live. A nature reserve for walking and running is a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub on our jetty can be rented for one evening. Currently under repair. Available from 20/5.

Charming cabin on the water in Saltsjöbaden

Charming cabin that fits up to six people. Please be advised that it is a rather small cabin and not a house, so if you are six adults and not used to Scandinavian cabins it may feel a bit tight. Toilet in the cabin and access to a shower/sauna in an adjacent building and a gazebo in the garden. The cabin was entirely redecorated and a new kitchen installed in September 2019. Most furniture is from 2016. Possible to get to it by public transportation, but even better if you have access to a car.

In scenic Mörtnäs is guesthouse with 2 rooms and bathroom, hob, dishwasher, fridge and micro. 100 meters to the sea and nature reserve with the forest around the corner.A short walk away is Grisslinge beach with a bakery and restaurant. Shopping center in Mölnvik 1.5 km away has everything to offer. A 10-minute walk takes you to the bus to Slussen in just over 20 minutes. Own outdoor grill and possibility for breakfast packages.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.
