The apartment is 100 square meters, 1 bedroom, a large kitchen-living room with open living room and an idyllic 15 sqm terrace. In 15 minutes you are at Klopeinersee, the warmest swimming lake in Austria. In 20 minutes at Lake Wörthersee, landmark Klagenfurt.

Das Apartment bietet Platz für 2 Personen und ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Es wurde 2023 komplett neu gestaltet. Der Bahnhof ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und es gibt zahlreiche Shops und Lokale in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Im Haus befindet sich eine Bäckerei, solltest du einmal nicht selbst dein Frühstück machen wollen. Der Benediktiner Markt, ein sehr guter Bauernmarkt mit lokalen Essenständen, ist ganz in der Nähe.

We stayed 10 days in the beautiful cottage in Lipizach with a 5 month old baby. For those who love peace, tranquility and beautiful views, this is ideal. Everything is very well maintained with an idyllic garden. Martine gave us a lot of tips for doing activities nearby. Also nice arrival and lots of explanation about the cottage. She was very involved. We enjoyed it hard. Highly recommended!

You can feel absolutely comfortable here. Furnished with a lot of love, everything you need is there and perfectly clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've had in a long time. The location is fantastic and super quiet. Dieter and his wife are very warm people and take excellent care.
