Conveniently located in the north east set in a quiet and peaceful street of Modbury Heights. 5 min. to major shopping centres and 35 min. to centre of Adelaide via the O-Bahn busway. Exclusive stay in a comfortable fully self contained apartment with separate entrance, comprising of main bedroom with queen bed looking out over the swimming pool, and a single bedroom. Comfortable leather sofa and flat screen TV . Separate bathroom, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and laundry facilities .

Best of Both Worlds Studio Apartment

Our studio apartment is within walking distance to the Black Hill Conservation Park (which has stunning views as in photos), and public transport to the city centre. We live on a quiet no-through street with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and amenities within a few minutes' drive away. The Studio Apartment is completely detached from our home ensuring your privacy and includes a kitchenette (microwave cooking only) and en-suite. Please note that while we do allow dogs, cats are not welcome.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Access is via stairs only and are steel steps but upper level has views. A small balcony included. Located just off Main North Rd in a central Northern location. Two secure car parks included, one with carport. One Queen bed in bedroom 1 and 2 Single beds in bedroom 2. Open plan living in this compact well furnished apartment. Cereals, spreads, water, milk & juice provided. Coffee, tea & hot chocolate included.

Wynn Vale House in quiet cul de sac

Clean well presented fully equipped home within easy access to shopping centre and public transport. It is a lovely quiet area where you can explore the many walking tracks or stroll down to the nearby lake, a great location for a day trip to explore the Barossa Valley Wine region. The City is a short 25min bus ride once there you can jump on and off the free tram service exploring the many attractions in our beautiful city of Adelaide or catch a tram down to beautiful Glenelg Beach

The Library Loft- City views, relaxing spa, pool.

Stay in our spacious loft. Please note: NO SMOKING. The apartment is several meters away from the main house, but very private. Views to the sea and city. It has an en-suite, kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, induction cooktop, electric grill, convection microwave, Nespresso pod machine and essential items. Pool available. Breakfast provisions and snacks provided. Close to services but a hills retreat where you may hear koalas and Kookaburras. Spa cost included in nightly rate stay.
