Shell House a 170 year old private estate that sits on three acres with 500 year old registered live oak trees. Located on the Gulf of Mexico there is a private beach just out your front door.. The property is walking distance to restaurants, fishing and sailing. We are also a short distance from 12 Casinos. For overcast days, there are numerous board games, puzzles, and interesting books along with a very high-speed internet connection.
