We had a wonderful stay at the villa! It was in excellent condition and perfectly suited for our group of 7 friends. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to beautiful beaches and great cafes. The amenities were well-maintained, especially the pool, which we really enjoyed. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

We were a group of over 20 people who stayed at Elysium Gateway, and the property was exactly as described. The interiors were thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. I’d especially like to commend the house staff - they kept the place spotless, prepared delicious meals (honestly better than most restaurants we tried), and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The owner and manager were very responsive and even helped us with contacts for tempo travellers. Overall, I strongly recommend this place!

We 10 members had a wondeful stay at this property . Property amenities is as mentioned in the Photos, we had nice time at swimming pool . Food is the highlight of our stay, Bhagawan is the one who loves to prepare food as per our desire & request. Room maintenenace is also very good, except the first floor last ( Big size) room Airconditioning . It makes noice and not able to generate the enough chillness. AC service to be done. We are sure in our next visit also we will prefer stay in this property only.

The place is located at the great location, very near to main attractions, I had a really good time with my family at the villa, staff there was so supportive with everything. The best part was 24/7 caretaker . If you are looking for a place to stay with big group just go book it . It’s worth every penny

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

It's a really good place. We were 11 adults in total. We are all family and really enjoyed the space and breakfast they offered. We all really loved the space and definitely suggested.. The host is very helpful for guiding and proactively suggested for our questions. Overall 10/10

I had a fantastic experience staying at property. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with thoughtful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was prompt and courteous throughout the entire process.

Stay was comfortable. Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

We had a very nice stay. The place is located in a residential area, with a great pool and very quite. The pros for this in my opinion is the respect for ones privacy and tranquility of the location. The house is very spacious, each room has a private shower and toilet so you could easily stay with friends. The pool was beautiful and just outside the house. Main plus in my opinion. You can drive with a scooter to nice restaurants in the area, just keep in mind that a car/scooter/taxi is mandatory to get around. Overall we had a nice calm stay, and Revati was communicative when needed.

A Hidden Paradise by the Mangroves! I had the most amazing stay at Pedro’s Mangrove Villa in Goa! From the moment I arrived, Pedro was a wonderful host — friendly, helpful, and always available if I needed anything. The villa itself is a true hidden gem, tucked away in a peaceful location surrounded by beautiful mangroves, offering a perfect escape from the noise and crowds. The space was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and tastefully designed with a mix of Goan charm and modern comfort. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the serene view of the water was absolutely magical. I especially loved the outdoor seating area — perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Pedro went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, even offering great local recommendations for food, sightseeing, and experiences. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in the property. If you’re looking for a peaceful, nature-filled retreat in Goa

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

Had an amazing stay for five days. Parents and Kids had a fantastic time at the Villa. Everything matched the description as mentioned. The place was clean and well maintained, and the swimming pool was in great condition. Our kids loved both the indoor and outdoor space. We booked this lovely little villa for a night. Jolene’s place is quaint, beautifully designed and very welcoming. It is tucked away in a quiet corner under a gorgeous banyan tree. Her caretaker Shiva was very helpful. The villa is quite centrally located. It was extremely easy to zomato/swiggy to the location. We would definitely love to come visit again. We recently stayed at Casa Cahaya, to celebrate our son’s first birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect—the villa was spacious, impeccably maintained, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The interiors were tastefully designed, blending comfort with luxury, and the outdoor spaces were just as stunning. The private pool was a highlight, providing endless fun for our family. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals, and the bedrooms were cozy and well-appointed, ensuring a restful stay. What made our experience even more special was the warm hospitality of Aman. Whether it was assisting with local recommendations or making sure our stay was smooth, he went above and beyond. The location was another plus—nestled in a peaceful part of Anjuna, yet just a short drive away from the beach. Overall, the villa was the perfect choice for our celebration, and we couldn’t have asked for a better.

The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed by the supervisor, Rabin, who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The villa itself was beautiful—spacious, well-maintained, and tastefully designed. The private pool was a highlight—surprisingly large and perfect for a group our size. What truly made our experience exceptional, though, were the caretakers, Nitya and Uttam. Their service and hospitality were on another level. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and their kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway. We’d definitely love to come back!

Nice Place to stay , value for Money.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Porchi Mai House and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the house felt like a peaceful haven away from the usual hustle and bustle of touristy spots. Starting from the entrance porch and verandah to the cozy foyer, charming kitchen, and the most beautiful bedrooms — everything about this home echoed the spirit of an old Goan household. The terrazzo flooring, wooden and cane furniture, artistic wall paintings, various lamps, and beautiful curtains all came together to create a warm, yellow, and mellow vibe — perfectly in sync with the slow pours and lush greenery surrounding the house. Porchi Mai House let's you experience the most important feature of a Goan House - The Balcao. You sit down on the stone bench outside, catch a breeze while watching the world go by. Food delivery is easy, but cabs are hard to find, so it's best to get a local cab driver's contact in advance.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood, the pool was nice and the villa was amazing. The caretaker, Pavan, was very friendly and readily available as well. Would definitely recommend if you’re travelling to Goa
