Apartment of 60 square meters, very nice, recently renovated in a quiet residential area, on the second floor of a detached house. Located close to the city center, 1 minute from a supermarket, 2 minutes from the historic center, and in the center of a tourist region to discover summer and winter. The accommodation: The apartment consists of a living area with corner sofa, flat screen, coffee table an open kitchen with induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and any kitchen accessories. A dining table. Two bedrooms with double beds one in 160 and one in 140, bedroom with storage. One bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine, and independent toilet. Towels and bed-sheets are provided. Wood pellet stove heater. Balconies with views of the mountains. The neighborhood: quiet residential area, passage only for residents of the neighborhood. Great location, bakery, restaurants, market, historic center, cinema proximity without to get in a car. Transportation: The apartment is located 10 minutes' walking distance from the bus station, 3 km from the train station of Mont dauphin Guillestre. 20 minutes from the Vars and Risoul ski resorts or in winter free shuttles are at the availability for skiers. Clean, healthy and well-insulated apartment of about 40 m2, located at the entrance of this charming village of Guillestre. View of the mountains. Nearby (between 100 and 500 meters), bakeries/supermarket/bars/tobacconist. Great for mountain hiking and skiing. Vars is only 15/20 minutes by car/shuttle. Queyras 20/30 minutes away.
