Great stay! The place was clean and comfortable, and the host went above and beyond with local recommendations. Super responsive and helpful throughout the trip—would definitely stay again!

Really convenient location. Stylishly designed space in an historic building. The zoo was within arms reach and the downtown area had neat shops and restaurants. The only criticism was the noise from the street and restaurant on Fri night, which overpowered 2 noise machines. Sat night was totally fine. Would stay again!

Was exactly how described. It was a wonderful place. Very clean, peaceful and private. Everything is close by and very easy to get to rather walking or driving. The host are very friendly, personable and quick to response. You won't go wrong if you chose to stay here.

The place was really nice! It was clean, decorated well, and comfortable. No noisy neighbors or anything. I really enjoyed my stay and felt at home. Nicer than any hotel I could have stayed in. The host seems very nice and answered my questions quickly. I will try to stay here again if I'm in the area.

A lovely place, we enjoyed our stay, there was a binder inside that described all of the things we needed to and could want to know about, like local places to eat, and a bottle of wine was there at check in ! Yummy ! The designated parking spot on the property was not available, we first parked on the street in the front of the house at first, we didn't know until we read the binder inside that we could park on the side street, which avoids walking up hill with our suitcase and things, parking on the side street was fine, few little steps to go up, but very close to the entrance. Enteringwh is down several, steep concrete steps, definitely pack light, if you have substantial luggage or balance issues you need to be very careful, there is no railing, that is the only thing I would change about our stay. Quiet hours from 9p to 9a were very much followed as the family lives upstairs, there are kids and a dog, but the noise was not bad at all during waking hours. We thank you !!!!

We had a large group that was attending my son's college graduation. Blake's place was ideal for hosting us and much cheaper than renting 5 hotel rooms. The back screened in porch was a lovely area for all of us to meet. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen is well equipped. There was one small issue with the oven and Blake sent over a repairman within two hours to fix it. Now that is wonderful service! I would highly recommend Blake's place for any group needing to stay in the Greensboro area.

Mark’s home was the perfect place to stay for our trip to the Greensboro area. The beds were super comfortable and the home is very well stocked. We look forward to staying here again in October!

We loved staying at Artopia Retreat for our son's graduation from Elon University. The house was beautiful and spacious, with hardwood floors and great artwork in all the rooms created by a local artist. We had 3 generations of family members (8 people total) who enjoyed the layout of the home with comfortable beds for all, great backyard, excellent kitchen stocked with everything we needed plus dining room and plenty of bathrooms. It's great to have a bedroom/bathroom on the first floor for grandparents with mobility issues. There is a Harris-Teeter, Starbuck's, Panera Bread and other restaurants just around the corner (about a mile) from the house; we did not discover these until the last day of our stay. We will definitely consider staying here again and possibly rent the basement as well to include more family members.

Wonderful accommodations! The entire 3 bedroom floor was decorated beautifully, very clean, comfortable and convenient to everything. Angelia was a magnificent host and always available to assist. Everything went smoothly and we had a perfect stay and will definitely be back again! Highly recommend!!!

Enjoyed the place and convenient to Everything. House was just like the pictures. The only complaint is the living room set needs to be updated and it smelled like urine and like animals sleeps on them.

We enjoyed staying at Zachary's home while we were in town for our son's wedding. It was spotless and had lots of "extras" that made it fun for our family -- pool, hot tub, and a screened-in porch with fire pit. The neighborhood was quiet, the check-in procedure was seamless, and Zachary was a very responsive host.

We had a perfect week at Blue Haven! So thankful for a gracious host and a beautiful peaceful place to spend time with family.

Host was amazing & very communicative. The house itself is gorgeous! Hope to be back soon.
