Lovely apartment-spacious with a large balcony and all that we needed for our stay. Very pleased overall.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.

The owner was super precise in giving me directions to get to the accommodation and then always super helpful for any questions/needs. The apartment was as in the photos, very tidy, clean and with the atmosphere of a home where you can spend a few days relaxing

A unique experience! The apartment is simply wonderful: very clean, cosy and equipped with everything you could need — and even more. The care with which Luca has prepared every detail is truly unique. We found a wide selection for breakfast, toothbrush and toothpaste in case of forgetfulness, and even two multi-output cables to recharge any device. An attention that makes the difference: the sheets and towels were not only clean, but also very fragrant, which is not at all obvious! Not to mention the view of Lake Nemi: simply enchanting. A panorama that alone is worth the stay, perfect for relaxing and getting away from the chaos of the city. Finally, Luca was an exceptional host: very helpful, attentive and generous with valuable advice that allowed us to discover the best of the area. A real tour guide! Highly recommended. You can clearly see how much passion there is behind it: we will definitely be back!

The experience in Rome was wonderful, made special also by the opportunity to stay in a very refined apartment, furnished with attention to detail. The description shows a bedroom, but the second accommodation is in the living room with a sofa bed and door, so it's as if there are practically two bedrooms...to our great pleasure! The area is beautiful, nice to walk and reach the Vatican, great restaurants. Thanks Paola, we'll be back!

We spent a few days in this lovely place . Simonetta and Tonino welcomed us warmly. We had some great tips about the neighborhood and sightseeing in Rome. They were available and helpful. We highly recommend this rental.

If the location fits the schedule, I highly recommend this accommodation. It takes about 15-20 minutes on foot to the Vatican tour site. The advantage is that it is very clean. Actually, if you go to a European Airbnb, even if it is clean, there are parts that are different from Korean culture, so you often experience private inconvenience in your daily life (such as no towel rack, only a sunflower shower, and no shelf to put shampoo or body wash on) But this was the most perfect of the 4 Airbnbs I stayed in Italy. I really recommend it if the location fits the schedule. The disadvantage is that it is the 4th floor of a building without an elevator (from the ground floor, so it's actually the 5th floor). Fortunately, the stairs are not steep or sagging, so you just need to exert a little effort.

We loved the stay. The apartment is very beautiful and very spacious. We felt like home. The neighborhood is welcoming and close to public transportation. Valerio was very friendly and helped a lot during the stay. We loved it!

Perfect solution for those looking for tranquility and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment in question enjoys a privileged view of Lake Nemi, so don't miss the fantastic sunset and why not, perhaps accompanied by a good glass of wine. Using the directions provided by Fabrizio, it was very easy to reach the accommodation, you just have to try it. Thank you for your experience.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Guido’s place was perfect for our 5 nights stay. It was very cosy, perfectly clean and tidy and we loved spending time on the balcony. Guido was a genuine and kind host with fantastic communication taking time to make sure any language barrier was not an issue. When he welcomed us, he provided clear instructions and showed us all the facilities in the apartment which included everything we could need making sure we were ready to relax and explore straight away. We would’ve hesitate to rent any accommodation offered by this host in the future.

Lovely spacious apartment in a gorgeous lively area with lots of character. Close to public transport. Apartment was v spacious and very clue. It was above a bar that was a little noisy on the Friday but it didn’t bother us at all. We would def stay again!

Paola went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely easy and comfortable. The fact that she and her lovely daughter catered to our every need was wonderful. The home had all the necessary items and more. I would come back again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much!

My mom had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating—she felt very welcomed from the start. Everything was explained clearly, which made her stay easy and comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to everything she needed. Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

Arriving at Francesca’s felt like a warm hug. She had left food and drinks for our family to create ease on arrival. The apartment is compact with a spacious main bedroom and we loved the small terrace. Great location to access sights on foot. Thank you Francesca!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.
