It is equipped with all amenities and in perfect condition. You live mainly outdoors where there are terraces on several levels with a table and stone barbecue and outdoor shower. Below are 2 main bedrooms and a bathroom. Each room has independent access to the terrace. Above are the living room/kitchen, a bathroom and a loft with 2 beds.

Situata a 5 Km dal paese di Carloforte, è raggiungibile in auto percorrendo la strada provinciale verso la Caletta e proseguendo per un breve tratto (circa 800 metri) su una strada bianca sterrata pianeggiante.
