The holiday home "Ca' Alessandra" is located in Carloforte and offers a welcoming environment for a vacation with your loved ones. The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Amenities include a TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and a video game console. The holiday home features a private covered terrace, furnished for you to enjoy drinks and relax outdoors.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The watchword in Munai is: relax in full autonomy. Perfect for couples. Wooden structure with fabric and canvas covers, equipped with 2-3 beds. Inside, it has a bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, and shower. To complete our offer, there is the bar tent and the service tent.

On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
